Comfortable, supportive and amazing!
I'm a teacher and on my feet all day. I also have plantar fasciitis and the pain in my (super high) arches was excruciating at night! I've tried so many sleeves (some with the extra support pads and some without) but nothing gave me the relief and support that my Foots Love Supports do! They are very easy to slip on and off. I LOVE how easy it is to place them in the exact spot I need and they stay put and don't shift or move at all. The support is excellent and the sleeve isn't tight or uncomfortable. They don't cut off my circulation either. The seems are unnoticeable. I wear them so the seem runs right under my arch and I can't feel it at all. The inside is super soft and doesn't chafe my skin. I was a but worried the pink would get dirty easily, but I have worn these for months and they are still looking (and feeling) brand new. I actually love the pink now that it's sandal season because they look so cute with flip flops/sandals. I actually get compliments all the time. Aesthetics aside, these are the ONLY thing I have ever used that helps my feet and the pain in my arches. I can wear them all day and not even notice that they are there. They provide great support and the best thing is I don't feel like my arch is literally breaking/falling anymore! I HIGHLY reccomend these sleeves! Don't get the uncomfortable imposters, THIS is the product you need!

Actually helps... Feels like a hug for your feet
I don't usually write reviews but this has helped my foot pain so much that I've decided to do one for anyone who may be having a similar foot issues. I've recently started having arch pain (midfoot pain) and I think my arches are falling because they seem to be getting a bit flatter. I do not have as much heel pain and it is worse at the end of the day rather than in the morning (as in plantar fascitis). I also do not have easy access to a podiatrist where I live. To make matters worse, my job requires me to be on my feet for most of it. Needless to say, at the end of my shift my arches ache... A LOT. I started wearing these overnight when going to sleep. It literally feels like a HUG for my feet!! It's a gentle squeeze and makes my feet feel so much better. When I wake up, the pain is gone. Before this, when I woke up I would still have some pain even after sleeping. I do not know if its the compression or copper or both or neither ... But whatever it is, IT WORKS! I even ordered a second pair recently. If you stand on your feet a lot and your feet ache and pain a lot afterwards, consider giving this a try. It has really helped me. I have to look for some comfy shoes now. So far, New balance sneakers have been helpful. Looking for some more brands/styles.

Pleasantly surprised by how much they've helped
I wasn't sure about trying these, but my heel pain was so extreme, I needed to try something. When I put them on the first morning, I quickly concluded that this was yet another dumb purchase that wasn't going to do anything. They were a close fit, but with my high arches, it didn't seem like there was any hope of this compression band actually doing anything to address the pain I had been experiencing every day for weeks. Sometimes hope for relief leads to desperate actions, and this felt like a dumb, desperate action. Fast forward to noontime on Day 1... just a few hours after I put them on, and I started to wonder if maybe my feet were feeling a little different after all. Hmmm... Because the heel pain had been a daily occurrence and had been getting worse, it's not surprising that it took a few days for the pain to settle down. I kept putting on the arch supports every day, still not convinced, but my feet were feeling better and I was grateful and relieved. The arch supports arrived Nov 28, and I have worn them basically every day since then (so, over a month). I had one treacherous day in the kitchen, when I was on my feet for hours and hours doing food prep for the holidays, and I forgot to put them on until late morning. By the end of the day, my feels were in pain again, with the old familiar pain shooting up my calves almost to my knees. Not sure if it would have been different if I had worn the arch supports starting when I got up that day, or if a full day on my feet was inevitably going to cause pain. After that, I have had a few more on-my-feet-all-day days, but with the arch supports, and while my feet have been sore at the end of those days, it hasn't been the persistent shooting pain I was experiencing before I got them. They are not a magic cure, and they don't prevent all pain. That said, my situation is very much improved, and I will be buying another pair or two soon. They are much more effective than I expected them to be when I first slipped them on, and I am glad I kept trying them. Whatever inflammation or other damage was causing pain prior to purchase took some time to heal -- the arch supports didn't magically erase that. But I think they were very helpful for letting the healing happen, and since then, my impression is that they have been a solid preventative strategy. I have high arches, and rarely do I find shoes that feel like they provide adequate arch support. These supports seem to provide that just-enough level of support, and I am surprised and grateful for the difference it has made for me. 1/12/2018 edited to add: I wear a women's size 6.5. I usually get wide width when I'm buying athletic shoes, but even with that, a size 6.5 is still a pretty small foot. (I can often wear the large end of child sizes!) Mentioning that because the fit worked well on me, but because it seems to be a one-size item, someone with a much larger, wider foot might find them uncomfortable. I would actually be okay if they were a little tighter, but again, one-size fits like it fits. And it's still been helping. Preparing to buy a second pair today.

Amazing
This is my second pair- bought my first pair during the COVID lockdown. Needless to say to say they have held up great! Theses bands have received my achy arches after a long day- whether thatโs getting in my 10,00+ steps in or just relaxing. These mighty little bands have come to my rescue on a nightly basis. Sometimes used for perimenopause night time foot jitters or just relaxing while watching tv. Happy feet/arches and a good night time sleep- you wonโt be disappointed

Quality product...but just didn't work for me in the end...
I think these are good quality product. It did give me some support in my arch which I really liked...But it also constricted the top of my foot. This fatigued my foot a lot quicker than normal and gave a little pain or ache similar to tying your shoe too tight. I ended up not using them after a while...IF sizing was wrong...I would say it was a touch small...I don't think that was the case and I may just be in the middle area between sizes...I don't really fault the product. But I can't give it 4 or 5 stars as it just didn't work out for me. I would say that if you need some arch support, this is definitely an option for some...It is very unobtrusive and it does help with your arches...But you will need to try them for yourselves.

They seem to work great! I think it pushes the foot together forcing ...
I don't have a big arch and when I bought these I wasn't sure how'd they work. My feet always hurt near the arch at the end of the day or even if I'm standing on a hard surface without shoes. Without even mentioning it, my doctor told me I was "semi" flag footed and needed to wear more supportive shoes. My Worries & Opinion โขHow do they work for for flat feet? They seem to work great! I think it pushes the foot together forcing more of an arch. I'm on my feel constantly at work and they will hurt within the first hour of my shift after working two days in a row. Since I've worn these I can honestly say, they help so much. After two weeks of wearing them I haven't had sore feet. โขOther comments said that caused more discomfort, will they for me? Occasionally the other side of my foot would hurt but if you think about it, it's putting my foot in a position it's not use to being in. So, it's going to take time to adjust. The first time I noticed it I had been on my feet for 9 hours then sat down for awhile. It wasn't terrible, only lasted a few minutes, and it felt better when I took them off. The more I wear these the less I feel any kind of discomfort. โขWill they fit under my shoes My shoes already seem to fit tight, but they fit and I don't even notice they're there. I put them on under my socks with tennis shoes or work shoes. I've worn them with flip flops too and they really make a difference since they don't have much support alone. Although, they do look goofy! But they're small so I take them off and shove them in my purse if I don't want to wear them. Overall, I'm happy I decided to buy these. I bought a different pair on Amazon as well and I haven't worn them enough to review them because these are working so well! I believe I received them less than a week after ordering.

Simple & Effective
When I slid this deceptively simple cuff out of its plastic packing sleeve, I totally gave it the side eye and thought, "How could wearing this stretchy band around my foot possibly relieve the intense pain?" I was soooooooo wrong! I've struggled with several different types of pain in my right foot since undergoing orthopedic surgery to correct a genetic abnormality in my late teens (I'm now in my early 30's). The procedure left me with a few metal plates and screws embedded along the metatarsal and cuneiform bones of my big toe. Over the years, the pain has manifested as everything from dull, widespread aches to sharp, searing jolts of nerve aggravation. Most recently, it popped up to say "hi" in the form of plantar fasciitis about 5 or 6 months ago. I'm a fairly active person and enjoy running, which probably isn't ideal, so I'm always looking for ways to outsmart my janky foot. When the PF started, I tried massage, night splinting and stretching. While helpful, none of these things really seemed to get to the root of it. I'm not sure why, but these copper bands do the trick! I wear them while running and for a few hours at a time on days when the pain really flares up. It's not a "cure" per se, but it's severely decreased the stiffness and pain I experience, especially during those first few steps in the morning. (Y'all know what I'm talking about.) If you've tried everything else without finding relief, I highly recommend giving it a go. You, like me, might be surprised what a difference a thin, unassuming foot band can make. The compression and support are magical.

Better then expected
Surprisingly, these do seem to help! I have high arches, tendonitis and other issues with both feet, so I have a set of arch support/ankle braces from the podiatrist but they are a pain to lace up and take on and off and don't fit into many shoes. I was looking for something that I could put on quickly for days my feet were starting to hurt, in hopes of staving off having to wear the braces when it got worse. I figured for the price these were worth a try, and they actually do seem to help! I even wore them on a recent trip to Disneyland! Pros: * provide light support for arches * small enough to fit in most shoes * washable (haven't tested this yet in a machine but they are easy enough to hand wash) * inexpensive * portable- small enough to tuck in a pocket or bag to have on hand "just in case" Cons: * not going to replace actual prescription orthotic inserts/braces (I didn't expect them to so for me that's not a big deal.) * large logo on the top and seam across from it on the bottom- unattractive in shoes open on the top * sometimes uncomfortable- This is somewhat tricky to explain, but the best I can offer is that sometimes they just feel too tight. My guess is it may have to do with whether or not you are experiencing any foot swelling, they are elastic so they do stretch and I have small feet so most of the time this isn't an issue, but somedays they just seem to be more restrictive than others. Depending on your socks and shoes sometimes the edges of the bands can also be a bit irritating, although most of the time I find it a non-issue.

Not What I expected.
No logo. No Documentation. Looks like I was sent a VERY generic copy of the origional. No warning that the product could no be returned, otherwise I would not have ordered it. Just a complete ripoff for 35 dollars. DON'T ORDER THIS!!!! And now it you insist that I have to give it at least a 1 star rating. This would be fine if I could give a minus sign in front of the 1.

move on feet
The bands slid down my feet all the time and also stretch after a couple of weeks of wearing. I have a medium width foot so maybe if someone has a wider foot this would not happen. Not worth the purchase for me and quite frankly, they did not seem to make and difference in providing arch support even after a couple of months trying to wear them in various shoes and around the house.
