We purchased this set of 4 shelves in white, and I just got done putting them together and will hang them tomorrow. For the price, this product is outstanding!1. Packaging is very good with items shrink wrapped and well protected for shipping.2. The directions are quite good and large enough to see.3. The fit and finish of the items is excellent. The did a great job in designing them and you only need a drill, small hammer and a pencil to install them. They include a nice template for placement of the hollow wall anchors and the directions show you how to place the shelf unit on the wall, use the included bubble level and put the template on top of the shelf in order to mark the location of the screw holes. You just need to realize that you are not placing the shelf where it is going to be, but just using as a means to create a level line for the template....so the template should go on the wall where you want the center of the shelf (top to bottom) to be.4. As mentioned in the title of the review, these shelves could be used anywhere as they don't look as they they were designed for young children. They are simply very nice solid wood shelves.We are going to use them for book racks for the books we have for our granddaughter. My wife wants them mounted on the wall so she can see the different books we have, and of course, my wife will be adding and removing books so the granddaughter has some new books to explore.This set of wall mounted bookshelves is well worth purchasing. With Amazon's return policy, you can't go wrong!

This product is packaged well, including everything you need to put the shelves together and install them. There's a small level, there's a paper tool to help with getting the wall screws into just the right spot for flawless attachment. You'll only need a drill with a 3/16 but and maybe a hammer to tap in the anchors. This is a perfect project for non-mechanically inclined or those who are inexperienced with hanging items like this. They aren't high quality craftsmanship, but they do the job and look decent enough.

Bought these for my daughter’s room and they are awesome! They were super easy to put together and (as some other reviews mentioned) the installation and assembly instructions are pretty much fool-proof. Took me 10 minutes to put together and just a few minutes each to hang. My daughter is THRILLED. Plus they look nice and help keep things organized. I actually like them so much I just bought a second set for another room. I would highly recommend!

Not only are these shelves beautiful and sturdy but the packaging 10/10! The include everything to put it together and the anchors and screws to hang it. Not to mention a small level and the drill guide so you know exactly where to drill your holes!!

These work great! Do pay attention to the depth, nothing large can sit on top and only a few books deep, but it worked for our purposes. They're not exactly 16" between the anchor points so it did make it a little more difficult to hit a stud but we got it done and they look wonderful! We used 4 for books and another set of 4 for decor in our daughters nursery.

Only complaint is they are pretty time consuming to install and must be perfect or they will not line up right. But other than that, they are very sturdy and nice quality. Happy with them!
