AtGames Sega Genesis Ultimate Portable Game Player - 2017 Version

I bought this for my son and it has surpassed my expectations. Just understand that the screen is small but does a nice displaying the Sega graphics. Battery life is great and very light weight without feeling overly cheap. Has already been dropped and time or two and still works just fine. Has several of the good old games. Might have to buy another for myself.

Fun to play but sometimes it doesn’t work at all and others it seems ok?

This is what I played when I was like ten years old and up, my son is 5 years old & I don't want him to play games like grand theft yet! because it will warp his mentality! they were meant for us! people who grew up on these games & understand its just a game! I think all children should start with games like these first until their 16 or 17. the game is great! I love the charge cord (no battery madness) but I wish it had a memory card though great product.

Exceeded expectations. The screen is clear and bright. The x button is a bit sticky but bucks it’s is a great deal. The only draw backs are the music quality which is not as good as the original Genisis. The speaker is not the best but it’s works for me. There are not 85 genisis games. Most are cheap indie titles, but the large selection of genisis classics are more than worth it. The best part is this system, can play roms you download from rom sites (only legal for games you own the original genisis cart). To play roms on this sytem. You need a 8gb SD card or smaller. Format to FAT 32, exFAT will NOT work. Most SD card 8gb and under are already in FAT 32 by default. Create a folder called GAMES. Most important step!! Rename roms. You have to rename the entire rom name. This is not to be confused with file conversion. Those conversion apps are vectors for viruses and other malware do NOT use. All rom file names need to be shortened and end with .bin extension. Example: downloaded rom = Streets of Rage 2.gen should be renamed streets_of_rage2.bin. The shorter the name the better. Only NTSC games will run, PAL games will not run. There are certain roms that just don’t work. This system is the cheap and affordable retro console anyone will enjoy.

I’ve purchased 2 of these (1 at Target and now 1 from Amazon) Initially the game works fine and then eventually just stops working. My son is very gentle on it and it hasn’t been dropped or abused but this is ridiculous. At first I thought I got a bad one but I won’t be buying any more of these. Naturally it breaks just out of the return window. I would be wary of buying this. However it is fun when it works.

I got this product and the one I bought said it was in good enough condition to be collector item I get the product the box was mangled and dirty and so was the console itself kind of felt like a bad deal seeing how they had others I could of bought for $20 cheaper but other than that has fun games on it and ok battery time but if you decide to get one I would go with the cheaper one won't feel so much like a ripoff

So as the game came, my 5 year old son fell in love with it. As soon as he saw it he couldn't wait to play the games. He told me to tell the game manufacturer that he loves it and thank you, and that the games are so cool. The only thing is he was looking for Mario, but I can always buy another hand held game with Mario on it lol 😊

Definitely has a ton of games. This product would be so much better if you could save your progress and screen was a tiny bit bigger.

海外の物だし、勿論英語です。 シャイニング&ザダクネスが収録されていると勘違いして買いました。 ファンタシースター3をやりましたが、 2つのセーブデータの内、ファイル1はデータが飛び、使えない。 音声は左、モノラル、スピーカーが悪い。 収録タイトルは、ファンタシースター2、3、金おの123、ハリネズミ3つぐらい、バーチャーファイター2は、日本版の原型とどめてません。 インディーズのタイトルが半数ぐらいを占めています。 購入考えておられる方は、 収録タイトルを確認して、 選択肢があるなら、 据え置きの、ジェネシスフラッシュバックとか言う方が、 まだ、良いんでは無いかと思います。 USBケーブルによる充電可能。 新品で買っても、 本体と、ケーブルしかありません。 おそらく、元々なんじゃないかと思います。

Es un gran sistema de juegos portátiles, muy bien emulado, debes de tener cuidado si eres un poco sensible ya qué tal vez en tu memoria los juegos eran mejores, pero no, eso solo es un recuerdo, trae un cable para cargar la batería interna y dura bastante, solo debes usar cargador de tu celular compatible con la mayoría de entradas USB. Ampliamente recomendado.

Beautiful nostalgia. Screen is smaller than I'd like, but definitely does everything expected and more. The sd slot is definitely the best feature!

Brought for my son as a Christmas present and he loves it loads of games on it and well worth the money.
