Very bad product. Suddenly, it has stopped working after 1 day of use. And there is no support from Amazon as well as brand. Do not waste money on such products buying online. Go and buy offline

Overall, the product is good. However, there are occasional network signal issues, and the volume level is very low even at maximum (100%). I kindly request Amazon and the seller to improve and upgrade the product. Customers trust your brand, and maintaining that trust through better quality is important.

Initial setup: slightly complex because not connecting properly first time. I have been using this CP PLUS Wi-Fi CCTV (Pack of 2) since November 2025, and it has provided great peace of mind regarding my home security. After 5 months of continuous usage, here is my honest feedback: Video & Night Vision: The 2MP Full HD clarity is very impressive for the price. It captures clear details during the day, and the Night Vision is equally effective, providing a sharp black-and-white feed even in total darkness. Smart Features: The Motion Tracking works accurately; the camera follows any movement smoothly. I particularly like the "View & Talk" feature, which allows for clear two-way communication through the app—very useful for checking in on family or talking to delivery personnel at the door. Setup & Connectivity: Setting it up was quite straightforward via the app. The Wi-Fi connectivity has been stable, and the smart detection alerts are prompt on my smartphone. It also integrates well with Google Assistant. I’ve been using the CP Plus ezyKam EQ25 wireless camera, and honestly, the experience with SD card recordings has been very frustrating. The biggest issue is the video format saved on the memory card. The files are stored in a format that is not supported by common media players. I tried opening them on both macOS (Mac M1) and Windows, using players like VLC and other software, but nothing works. This makes the SD card recordings practically unusable outside the camera’s own system. Another major problem is storage handling. Once the SD card becomes full, the camera simply stops recording instead of overwriting old footage. This defeats the whole purpose of having continuous surveillance, as you have to manually clear the storage every time it fills up. It becomes an unnecessary hassle and reduces reliability. Overall, while the camera may work for basic monitoring through its app, the SD card functionality is poorly implemented. Lack of playback support and no automatic overwrite make it inconvenient and not user-friendly. **Cons:** * Unsupported / unreadable video format on SD card * Files don’t play on Mac or Windows (even with VLC) * No loop recording (does not overwrite old footage) * Manual intervention required when storage is full **Verdict:** Not recommended if you rely on SD card recording for backup or offline access. The limitations make it impractical for regular use.
