We have a big family of 12ppl so our toilet gets a lot of use and parts wear out so we got this handle and it works perfectly the insulation is easy n fast i had no problems with it at all, the durability is great, the fit was perfect it’s what we needed and hoped it would be

I had previously installed 3 of the units with buttons but the when the toilet lid was raised, it pretty much covered the button making it harder to flush. These flush levers solved that problem nicely. The only issue I had when installing them was that the green clip that holds it in was not a spring loaded clip like the blue button. Another thing that wasn't mentioned in the instructions that made it easier to install was that I slight pushed down on the lever as I pushed in the box which allowed the box to 'pop' in. Pretty happy with the lever for now. I do remember reading that the levers were not as durable as the button when I was deciding which one to buy though...Guess I will see how long they last.

I bought this for a replacement dual flush handle that came with dual flush valve and handle kit. The old one's stem broke after several years of use. This new one was easy to install, and had no compatibility issues. It was clearly lower in some aspects of quality though. I'm concerned that it's not as durable, but I guess we'll see with time.

I've never had a project go so smoothly or quickly. These handles have a plastic "stem" on the back side that goes through and into the small box inside the tank. The stem on mine broke, having been used for many years. I did not install these toilet "insides", so when I look in the tank, they've always made me feel so confused. Turns out, this fix was the easiest toilet repair I've ever done. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I had the thing working beautifully again in less than 3 minutes. Incredible! Would give it 10 stars if I could!

I had no problem with the push-buttons, but Susan complained they would chip or break her nails. This was a super easy replacement. Directions were clear and easy to understand. Took all of 10 minutes, and no tools needed! Works great, and no more chipped nails. Highly recommended!

This is a nice handle for the dual flush unit because most people are used to using a lever to flush, not push a button. This handle is made of chrome plated plastic so I suppose it will get brittle and break some day. I kept the supplied push button activators included with the dual flush kit for when this eventually happens. I sure wish they made a solidly built metal or ceramic handle for this dual flush system. I thought $10 was a little too much to pay for a plastic handle but I'd be willing to spend $15 for a real metal one. I'm treating this handle very gently when I flush in an effort to prolong it's life. The business end of this handle is a small plastic "X" shaped fitting that slips into the flush controller inside the tank. It doesn't look like it would take much pressure to snap it off and plastic does tend to get brittle as it ages so be careful. I did think it might be worth $10 just so I didn't have to train my family to flush with a split push button. The buttons are small and our fingers are large. It would be too easy to push both halves of the split button at once so I'm glad I got the lever even though it seems to be over-priced.

Had an existing Danco dual-flush kit installed, but with a round button-pair. Wanted to use a dual-lever pair instead. Installation was easy and the results satisfactory.

This is the 3rd one I have had to order. These handles are cheaply made with plastic and a very thin spring. The x style nut does not secure the handle in place. Handle continues to spin with each flush. And if you try to tighten the nut it pops backward as if your stipping the plastic. Would not recommend danco products to anybody because of this known issue that has yet to be addressed

The original flush mechanism was difficult to activate by children and seniors. Since I installed the Danco split handle flush lever everyone is happy and the toilet flushes great..it is much easier to operate than the two piece button flusher included with the retro kit. I’ll convert all my other toilets to the flush lever.
