I've been looking at getting a chair like this for ages but I've always found them way overpriced, today I caved in and invested in one. It came in a bigger box than I imagined but that is a personal thing as I've never had a chair this big. It was very easy to assemble (just make sure that when you take out the screws from the packaging, keep them with the numbers as I just ripped them out the package and spent a bit of time trying to figure out which screw was allocated to a number on the intructions) it's really comfortble, well padded and I feel like im not straining my back.I deal with a bad back, my old chair gave me so much pain and this chair is very adjustable to my height and lean back. Both cushions provided are very comfortble, memory foam. The added feature of a pull out step makes it easy for me to cross my legs when I want and is very sturdy. Material feels very soft to the touch and overall a brilliant, comfortble chair for the price.

I previously had a faux-leather gaming chair that after a year was in a pretty poor state I started looking for a new chair that could offer better comfort for my back whilst I worked.Came across this chair at a reasonable price and based on reviews thought I'd give it a go.Only had it a few days but my experience so far:- Comfort: The chair is very comfortable and supports my back nicely. The chair can lift a bit higher than my previous chair as well which is great as it puts me at a more comfortable height. It reclines quite far back and wit the foot-stool allows me to pretty much lay down on it whilst watching tv or videos.- Construction: The chair was fairly easy to put together, supplied with a picture-diagram instructions which were for the most part easy to follow. The only grips with this were one of the screw holes don't appear to be correctly done so the screw didn't go in all the way (but is in enough to keep the chair stable) and getting the stool on properly was a bit of a struggle based on instructions alone (had to check pictures on here to make sure it was the right way round).The chair feels very sturdy and the material is nice (just need to see how well it deals with everyday use).- Bonus: Didn't realise it came with a USB massage pillow - quite a nice feature to ease my back up a bit.Overall, quite happy with the chair so far and there's a 3 year after-sales service from seller so hopefully wont have to buy a new chair for a while now.

Saw a lot of reviews for chairs saying they failed after a while, so I will reserve judgement for a few months. The chair seems comfortable, once I removed the lumbar support (it is not fixed, just a cushion). Foot rest seems flimsy, but has held up so far.

It was easy to install and does everything it says on the tin. Unfortunately, it is the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat on.. The base angles slightly forward and it feels like your sliding off.. with the lumber support in it’s uncomfortable but out the base is so long my legs don’t reach and I can’t sit right back without putting them either side of the seat.. I’m 511 so not really short or tall so would have expected it to be better. I’m sure it will suit some but for me it’s a complete waste of money.. I have had to bite the bullet and get a gaming labs chair which I should have done at the start.. unusable for me but for others it may be ok.. quality is ok… design.. extra poor

The chair is great, Easy to assemble and really durable and comfortable. One issue though is that the left arm on mine wasn't assembled in factory correctly causing this piece to stick out. Now I could have contacted them through amazon and got a full refund with return but that's not exactly useful. Why can't I contact I contact directly for a simple replacement part??

Easy to assemble and very very comfy

Great gaming chair for the price. Built really well and is a really nice size. Looks the part to on the grey I ordered. The only drawback being is it does become slightly uncomfortable after a full day of gaming. I solved this by putting a pillow on the chair and haven't had any issues
