Brilliant design seemingly impossible to mess up installation.
I am both impatient and a perfectionist. Two things that don't go together, especially when applying something like a phone screen. I always dread it. I picked this product specifically because of the application technique. This is hard to explain in writing, but I assure you it is clever and works very well. I was utterly dismayed when Samsung informed me that the only solution was to purchase a new phone, and to add insult to injury, they offered a trade-in that was far from 'great'. It's almost comical that they didn't even consider the option of an aftermarket screen protector. The problem is the Samsung Fold devices come with a factory installed screen protector installed on the inside. After some time, this might start to come loose near the hinge, and eventually, it spreads down the entire fold, becoming pretty frustrating to use. I had previously seen destroyed screens by people who removed their inner screen protectors, so I thought the phone was junk. BUT! I decided to give this a try after looking at many options on Amazon. As I said, I chose this because of the application technique. I am just not good at getting things lined up. Now, I have a perfectly applied inner screen protector, bubble-free, dust-free, and perfectly aligned to suit my OCD.

You're wasting a lot of time with this...
Everything looked good, decent quality, comes with a nice looking jig. You would think this couldn't fail. First sign this was not going to be good was after the protector was squeegeed to the phone there is excess plastic that is supposed to break away. Well, it did almost... But where it didn't became a nightmare. I had to try and hold the edge with while pulling on the excess to get it to break off. It finally did but left a discoloration and deformation in the PET. Then i noticed that the edge of the EMOLED screen retainer was smashed flat from the short side of the squeegee. So i walk away for 5, get my composure. Come back and get every bubble out and make the ugly edges look bearable. Job done,, right? Put my case back on and folded the phone...... Crinkle sound... not good. Opened it back up and the adhesive came loose at the seem. One big air bubble from top to bottom, like scotch tape coming loose when wrapping a package. Took the edge with my finger nail and peeled off the worthless plastic and decided to do more homework before I try this again but certainly not with this brand.

Better than OEM so far
Extremely easy installation compared to the other screen protector I tried before this one. I'd still recommend buying two because something will always go wrong with the first one (for me it was a piece of dust), and if you're lucky you'll just have an extra for later when it gets scratched or something. As for the screen protector itself, it feels better than the OEM in every way. It feels harder and more like glass, and so far has been more resistant to dents. Also this one actually covers the screen better than the OEM protector. The protector that came pre-installed on my phone didn't fit quite right, and caused a line of rainbow pixels across the bottom of the screen. But this screen protector completely covers the screen. That's probably the thing I'm most impressed with, I wasn't expecting a 3rd party screen protector to actually fit better than the Samsung one. Don't remove your Samsung screen protector unless you have to, but if you do, replace it with this one. I'll update if/when it fails, ie crack down the middle or peeling. EDIT: 4 months later, got some scratches on it but in general I can still say this is better than the pre-installed screen protector. Still no dents from fingernails and S-pen like the pre-installed one got. No peeling or anything, the only damage has been my own fault. Definitely worth the money.

Best screen protector applicator rig i've come across
Followed the instructions, screen protector had a few bubbles in the crease. I probably didn't apply enough pressure in that area since I was worried about breaking the phone, but after 30 minutes to let the protector adhere the bubbles worked themselves out (within an hour of folding the phone normally) from the crease and looks great. Ill update later if I have peeling problems, but for now im pleased. Feels kinda wrong to do this, but dropping it to a 4 cause the front screen protector fingerprints like crazy and scratches instantly. Went on nice for install though so it has that going for it I guess, but having to take my case off again to remove and install a different one is kinda annoying

Did what 2 samsung certified repair shops couldn't
Review for film screen protector for Z Fold 4. I specifically bought this one to replace the inner screen protector. After having my Z Fold 4 for about 11 months the inner screen protector started to crack slightly down the center. I took it in to an official samsung certified repair shop and paid to have the protector replaced (first 12 months you can get it replaced for free but the store said it would take 1-2 days if i did the warrantee replacement). 2 days later the protector started to peel up severely in the center and only got worse. The shop offered to replace it for free again, but then they recommended that i should just get the whole inner screen replaced (~400$). 3 days later it peeled up again after the 2nd replacement. I ordered 2 of these sets, but the first one I did worked perfect the first time. There are a lot of instructions and steps but it wasn't too complicated, just different than other phone protectors i've installed on my phones. It's only been 1 month but it looks and feels like how it was when I first bought it. I'll update again if i have problems with it, but really happy to have the piece of mind that if it has a problem I can just replace on my own again.

Maybe it was just me
After researching reviews I decided to use the Dome Glass. The process was easy and the installation "Jig" worked great. The Factory protector came of easily as it was already lifting around the top and bottom of the fold. One on the screen looked great, just like new. Here's where it went bad. After several hours and maybe 20 folds the inside screen at the fold failed. I have experienced this before when I first go my Fold 4. Not knowing it already had an inside protector I put another one on, within a day, the screen at the fold failed. Samsung replaced the device and this time no extra protector and within hours literally about 3 hours this screen did the same thing, so I know the screen is delicate. Fast forward to this replacement phone. This device was replaced by Asurion so it is not a new device, but it has worked flawless for the last year. When the screen protector on the inside began to come loose I considered taking it in, but I live 100+ mile round trip from the closest service center. Based on the reviews, how hard could it be. In the end application was easy, the screen broke and maybe it was just mine, but be aware there may be a risk that it can damage the screen.

Better than expected
Surprisingly quality screen protectors for less than $20. The inside one went on without any issue using the plastic tool assembly, not a single bubble. The outside screen protector does not have a tool to assist you, so I had a few bubbles, but most went away by themselves within 2 days and the last big one went away after a week. The screen protectors cover very very marginally more screen area than the stock Samsung ones, which actually meant they fit my phone case better - less trapped dust between the edge of the screen protector and my phone case. They are slightly gummier, so they don't scratch / fog like the Samsung ones but are more susceptible to indents from sharp things like keys and nails. After 2 months, no issues, no peeling, no lifting. We'll see how long it lasts!

A Bit Disappointed by the Results
I was going to give this two stars, but to be fair upgraded it to 3 stars since this was my first experience working with a film protector on a ZFold device. Prior, I had always used the tempered glass protectors. I thought for the first time I would try to utilize a non glass protector and go with a film version. In fact, I really had But, you can't use those on a fold phone for obvious reasons. First, I was very surprised at the lack of clear instructions for installation. They only provide a very small one page/sided instruction guide (on a 2 inch x 2 inch piece of paper). It just had a few basic charts with arrows with a few words of guidance. Considering all the parts you have to use for installing the protection, I searched the internet for guidance. That was tough because this is a very new phone. However, I watched a few videos and figured out how to do it properly. The main screen (unfolded) went fairly well.. I understood why it required the large plastic template to place the phone in. That made it more precise and except for the edges, seem to be pretty good. But, it took quite a bit of attempts with the tool that removes bubbles etc. The outside screen was harder to get the bubbles out and it never did result in a solid adhesion. In fact, the final result of the front screen was borderline poor. Has tiny bubbles in a few places, and one larger one in the middle no matter how many times I redid the process, would not come out. Plus, you really see how it looks smeared when the screen is off. I thought (on the front) that maybe there was yet another layer you had to pull off, but found what you see is what you get. Again, the main screen not so bad, but not great. The front screen, not so good. I am going to probably replace the front screen with a tempered glass version as they are by far the best to use. This seems to be good enough for the main screen, because when it is on you don't notice. My ZFold case is a Spigen Tough Armor case. The fit is tight on the front of the phone, but I don't think it is rubbing the protection. In fairness, it is possible the edges of the film are impacted by the case. Again, with a tempered glass front, that will not be an issue. In the end, for the money, I expected this to be better.

Gedeeltelijk goed.

.. . Creo que funcionará igual.

Easier than you'd think
When I got my Fold 4 one of my biggest worries was what would happen if inner screen protector bubbled. Well, after a year it did. Once it bubbles there's a horrid cracking sound when it folds and dust accumulates in the crease. Watched a few videos of people applying this Whitestone GEN Film Screen Protector and decided to go this route instead of paying Samsung to do it. It only took a few minutes. Leave the old protector on and only remove it right before being ready to apply this one so that you have to do as little cleaning as possible. Clean the screen well and this protector goes on perfectly. Super easy to install with the plastic contraption that it comes with. Mine went on perfectly but I do wish it came with 2. As you can see in other reviews a lot of people maybe didn't follow the instructions correctly and ended up with a poor result. Considering a lot of the cost is probably going towards the plastic rig which then just gets thrown out afterwards, it would be nice if it can't with a second film for later or for a mistaken first attempt. Still, anyway this is definitely the one to go with. Super easy to install and the phone looks as good as new.

Geniale e superbo!
Spedizione Amazon impeccabile come d’abitudine.
