High Absorption Zinc Complex

Overall, this seemed like a genuinely solid zinc supplement during the time I was using it. The combination of zinc plus copper was one of the main reasons I originally picked it up since a lot of people taking zinc long term also try to keep copper intake balanced instead of megadosing one thing endlessly. The capsules were easy enough to take, and I appreciated that the formula was gentle on the stomach compared to some zinc supplements that can make you feel like you swallowed industrial-grade nausea. 😄 One thing I also liked is that the ingredient approach felt pretty transparent and quality-focused instead of overloaded with filler ingredients and marketing nonsense. The larger bottle size was nice too because it lasted a long time and worked well for a daily supplement routine. I mainly used this as part of a broader health and nutrition stack while focusing more on overall wellness and lab-related optimization. At this point though, it’s simply no longer part of my current stack after simplifying and changing a few things around. Overall, I had no real issues with the product itself and it seemed like a solid well-formulated zinc supplement during use.

Feel better, look better and protect yourself with this supplement from respiratory infections. It is a great way to take care of you. And side effect - 2 days and your eyes will shine!!!

Thanks a lot!

Love this. It was hard to find a zinc picolinate with copper, but this one is exactly what I was looking for, and it's not super expensive. This is the best form of zinc for absorption, and unlike other zinc I used to take, this one doesn't make me nauseous after I take it. Great find!

Easy to swallow

I cannot test it for accuracy because I don't own the equipment. It is a good mix of zinc and copper to help keep my testosterone pathway healthy and keep my hair from turning grey.

Funciona bien

I’ve been using the Igennus Chelated Zinc Complex (25mg, with copper) for several weeks and I’m very happy with the results so far. I bought this to help with immune support and maintain better skin and nail health, and it’s delivered noticeable benefits. The formula uses both zinc picolinate and bisglycinate, which makes it easy to absorb and gentle on my stomach—even when taken before breakfast. Unlike other zinc supplements I’ve tried, I haven’t experienced nausea or discomfort at all. I also appreciate that each tablet is unflavored and vegan, with no unnecessary fillers or additives. One of the best features is that it’s balanced with copper, so it’s safe to use long-term without worrying about lowering copper levels. The purity and clean label give extra confidence no GMOs, artificial colors or flavors. After consistent daily use, I’ve noticed improvements in my energy and my nails seem stronger. I also think it’s helped keep my skin clearer. There’s a generous 180 tablets per bottle, so it’s great value for the price. Overall, I strongly recommend this zinc supplement if you’re looking for something highly absorbable, gentle, and effective for immune function, skin, and cellular health.

I’ve been taking Igennus Vitamin C Complex for years now, and I’ve been really happy with it. It feels like a high-strength, quality supplement, and I do think it has made a difference over time. My immune system used to be quite low, and although I’ve taken it alongside other supplements, I believe this has definitely helped support and build up my immune system. As with any supplement, consistency is key, and you need to give it time to work. My only downside is the price. When I first started buying it, it was much more affordable, but the price has gone up a lot over the years. Other than that, it’s an excellent product that I would happily recommend.
