Very easy to use and very helpful due to my developing shoulder arthritis. I loved grating the cheese today. So fast!

This is great quality. Saves so much time grating cheese. Have to hold down button entire time so that can be tricky but my toddler loves being the button holder. Haven't tried with veggies but it seems like it would be great. I can grate a 2 lb block of cheese in less that 5 minutes. Super easy to clean as long as you hand wash immediately after use. Plenty of attachments. Easy to change attachments.

We decided not to buy pre-grated cheese at the grocery store any longer. Since they coat the cheese with chemicals in order to prevent it from sticking together, it is no longer pure cheese, in my book! So, we bought this grater/shredder. I use it constantly since it arrived. The base is a bit large but sturdy and we leave it on the counter because seriously, we use it almost daily. The positives are that it grates harder cheeses like cheddars really well. I also use it often for mozzarella and Monterey Jack. The grating is not a fine grate but more of a "shredded" consistency. The finer grate does not work so well with cheeses; it might work with a very hard cheese like Parmesan on the finer grader. What I do love is the ease of cleaning; it rinses off with warm water and we're done. The parts that need to be cleaned do go in the dishwasher but rinsing is SO easy, I never put them in the dishwasher at all. One negative is that I would not have this appliance available for young children to use or to be around; the safety features are not great. I make sure I don't plug it in at all until I've assembled it and I'm ready to use it. A Cuisinart would make much more sense, with its extensive safety features, for use around children. The other negative is that there isn't any ability to adjust the size of the chop or slice; There are 4 standard "cones" to use for your projects and that is the extent of the choices you have in sizes for slices or shredding. For my purposes, it works well and cleans up easily.

This product is sturdy and built excellent. It is easy to use and quick to help grate cheese. It is a utility that helps out a disability adult grated cheese. Anyone who is not able hold a grated and turn a manual grated, this is excellent because items just have to be cut or chopped. This makes it great for anyone who needs the help and wants to cut there own.

5 stars for the product, 1 star for delivery. The delivery person wrote that it was "handed directly to a resident" but it wasn't. It was actually THROWN over my front gate landing on the cement sidewalk, that's how I knew it arrived. I'm surprised the machine works at all. However, the product works great. I wanted it mainly to grate cheese and so far as done perfectly with mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar blocks. Easy to assemble and the removable parts go right into the dishwasher. I highly recommend.

I've had this for a while now and it lives on my counter.. but I think it's time to evict it. First, we refuse to buy pre-schedded cheese (but eat a lot of cheese!). So I thought we needed this.. however, it is loud and awkward and throws cheese everywhere! You need 3 hands to use it, really because the power/shred button has to be held down, you have to press the cheese into the chute, and you have to catch the pieces that are flying everywhere! I'm just done with it and breaking up and moving into something else.

This product is not working properly. Not good
