Good Smart Switch with Helpful Support
By default, the physical switch shoulder was not working as expected. However, the HomeMate support team was very helpful and guided me with an alternative setup method. They suggested configuring it through the HomeMate app by creating a Scene and using the Schedule option for ON/OFF control. After setting this up, the switch started working perfectly and reliably though WiFi connections What I liked: • Quick and supportive customer service • App-based workaround using Scene + Schedule works well • Smooth touch operation and smart home compatibility • No hub required (direct WiFi + BLE) Things to note: • Default behavior may need app configuration • Initial setup is simple. No need special tools or electrical equipment required. If it’s for existing switches two cables require for line and neutral 2.5mm enough for two lights. Connected to existing line and neutral note have separate neutral so I joined with new cable with this switch. Overall: Even though there was a small initial issue, the excellent support and flexible app features made the experience positive. Once configured correctly, the switch works well and fits nicely into a smart home setup. This initial review let see how it goes review after 7months of usage …

It need specific cover plate
Its more worth product can access our home appliances with mobile phone and we need strong wifi connection,but it need specific switch plates suit forcthis model. (I have bought 19 switch in that 4 switch are not connecting properly with wifi but physically it working)

Not getting Connected to App or Alexa or Bluetooth
I have got the Fan regulator but trying to configure the same with App or Bluetooth or Alexa. Really fed of following the instructions but it's not getting connected. No Coustomer support. Trying the number on manual but it's switched off. Got my mine waisted for this product.

Switch disconnects from Alexa frequently
Switch disconnects from Alexa frequently, and it requires manual switch on/off to get connected back to Alexa. But overall it works as expected, and the design looks really good. But for the price, I expect it to be more stable with connectivity.

Allows you to get rid of the manual 2 way switches. You can connect them in such a way to retain both the smart and manual switches
