Far as value for money at 33 bucks this kit is a steal. It has it all except a hard Tourniquet. But you can buy those 4x for 17 bucks. And then the kit would be more in price. But for the price per unit with the solid molle pouch included you cannot make this kit as is for 50 bucks. You cannot even find trama kits with 1 chest seal for 45 much less 2 and those are raw without a pouch just a plastic resealable bag. I have took it all out went over an itemized list of the parts and cannot figure out how they are making a profit on these. To the point I bought more and give them to family to put in cars. Because this is all you would really ever need in a bad spot. I would buy 4, order the 4 pack of hard Tourniquets put 1 in each and call it a win. Then it really would be an over the top kit for any situation for less that 40 bucks all in each. The price for value is great on this setup. Even at 40 even it is well worth it.

Overall we are pretty happy with this product. It is easy to use and functions well. The quality is good for the price and has held up well to our use. Overall i would recommend this unit. Comes with everything in the pictures and is a must have for your kit.

Very compact with all the essentials. Scissors looked cheap but I tested and the worked great on old pair of jeans. I added some small things like cortisone/benedryl cream, more bandaids etc…Fits in my SUV trunk.

Tourniquet, listed 2 times in this ad, is not included! WHERE’S THE TOURNIQUET? Sharpie is included to write the time on the TOURNIQUET. Flashlight doesn’t work either. Bad switch makes it strobe irregularly.

Complete kit, has everything you would need in a sturdy tear-away pouch. so it stays put but if someone needs it they can unclip it and pull hard

It would be a decent IFAK for the price but it is missing the Tourniquet. It lists the Tourniquet in multiple places but it arrived without one.

- This is not a first aid kit. It is an excellent trauma kit suitable for hunters, shooting, athletes, etc. It is designed for anyone who might face major injuries, and it contains few items to handle minor cuts and scrapes. Really, it is a supplement to any first aid kit.- The kit is jammed full of items that would be necessary to stop major bleeding and injury. There is little extra room for additional items.- The trauma gauze is all vacuum sealed, making them watertight until needed. Included scissors can help open the bags, but they also have small rip tabs, making it easy to open up each package. Though hard to read, the expiration dates are on the back of the items.- Some items can be upgraded by the user (tweezers, extra gloves, etc.), but most items are of good quality and will perform when needed.- The bag is amazing and can strap to most packs via the molle system.Above review is for Besst Survivor Emergency trauma kit.
