i wish it would have lasted longer!
I only have 570 miles on it and it is squeaking , i switched from an DNM Air shock to this since it was squeaking after 1500 miles! Thinking that going to spring system will allow me ride for much longer than that! The ride was and is great but the sound is not!

I like the adjustments you can make to go up hill and down hill, I hare a air shock before and this is way better.

Very dependable. Low maintenance. Good ride.
After two years and 10k miles on my e-bike it’s still performing great! I got this spring gas shock, instead of an air shork for durability and less maintenance. Most air shocks seem to need overhauled every so often. This locks out completely and has many adjustments to dial it in. Fits nicely and still allows enough room for 52V 20A battery. Great value for money.

Good product
The shock worked ok for my bike. I really didn't know what size or spring rate to look for until I finished the build. The shock works well for the type of riding I do. After lowering the front forks 1 3/4". I installed the new shock in the rear, which lowered it 2". Just what I needed. Now my AR X class e-bike fits my size and weight. ( idem; DNM190mm by 550lb spring)

Great for the price
I went from an air shock to this after my air shock gasket cracked. Coil shocks are supposed to be a lot more durable and less maintenance over time. It fit on my bike great. I am approx 200 pounds and I feel like the spring weight in this is a little low for me. I have to have it almost maxed out in order for it to not bottom out all the time for me. So I would say this 550 pound spring is more ideal for someone around 180 pounds or less maybe. But overall, for the price I’m happy and it worked great for me today on an 18 mile ride through some rough trails. Also, even though this does not have a “lock out” function, if you turn up the tension all the way it locks out better then my air shock did.
