Source Naturals Huperzine A 200 mcg for Learning & Memory - 60 Tablets

I read about Huber zine possibly helping memory and cognitive skills. Of course there’s no drug trial to confirm this but I’ve had the experience now a couple of times and I’ve run out of it that my my at least my witty comments fall away without the huperzine. I think they’re doing some thing. And this little pill is very easy to swallow.

I received this product on time, intact, and it was what I ordered. I like this better than the Huperzine A complexes, because the cost is reasonable, and I already take B-Complex for other reasons so it has a good effectiveness. What I found beneficial about this supplement was not increased focus and intelligence, but better sleep, and the improvement of my ability to remember my dreams. I have chronic insomnia, and poor sleep, and I find I get more REM sleep and dreams when taking this supplement, and I have noticed better memory of my dreams, I do not take this at a high dose, so that is possibly why I do not notice better focus and intelligence, but the improvement in sleep and dreams makes it worth it.

I took it to improve memory but didn't feel any effects, to be fair—no mental or memory changes.

This is probably the most effective nootropic I've tried. I usually stack this with a caffeine/ theanine pill, and I feel super focused for hours. It's great for studying and quick memory recall. You will not become a genius over night, but your brain will feel a lot less foggy, and you will be able to process information faster. I cannot speak for other brands of Huperzine A, but this works for me, so why mess with success? I highly recommend it!

Even though Lucidimine seems expensive, its a must because it really helps remember vivid dreams and I believe it helps my memory generally as well. Reordering is a snap and arrives early rather than late.

They are shipped in time and the product is amazing! I'm in school and I've been taking them everyday and they really help with mental functions One thing that seems to happen is when you take them for a long period without stopping you get mentally exhausted so I suggest having a rest day where you don't take one.
