Very nice toy! The keys are actually solid and sturdy. I was not expecting them to be metal! Daughter loves them and plays with them daily.

My 9 month old is obsessed with my keys!!! And anything that’s not a toy! He doesn’t like baby toys and I have been searching for realistic looking keys. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the key fob part is pretty heavy and bulky compared with the keys. It was too heavy and awkward for my 9 month old to hold for very long. And they are pretty loud. I’m sure he will love them as he grows. I de-assembled mine and attached to my own key rings to make 3 toys in one. (I’m going to throw away the connector piece but i definitely still got my moneys worth). That way I can keep him entertained even somewhere like the dr’s office where the noises might be annoying. Other than that this is a great toy-it looks like real keys, makes noises and has a flash light. And the back battery compartment is pretty securely shut, not sure how the other poster’s child opened it without a screw driver.

Press the white button and a little light comes on (not a flashlight but interesting to toddler)’ press the other buttons and they make car sounds. A distraction for 9 month old while she is having diaper changed as she was flipping over while trying to change her. The two year old likes it too.

I got these car keys because my toddler loves mine so much he presses every button until my car alarm goes off. So I wanted a pair that were the most realistic to my own. These fit the bill perfectly. I’m able to bring them when we go out anywhere in the car so he can play with them and he loves them all the same. The bottom part of the key is metal so it’s so realistic like the real thing. Note that is probably not the best for baby teething if that’s what you are looking for. Plus it makes tons of realistic sounds and bonus it even has a light . All around a great purchase for a great price. NOTE there is no volume control on these so the volume is the volume.

Good mix of sounds and a great, safe alternative to my actual keys. Bought for my 18 month old who loves to play and bite my keys but my 4 year old loves them well. Arrived in a nice little box, ready to go. 4 buttons with different car sounds plus another button for the torch. It’s not super bright but perfect for fun and play. There’s also a Nice strong loop/strap so you can hang this off things, put it on little shoulders or loop onto prams or trolley handles.
