At last, pads that are designed by cup sizes! Purchased to replace the insert pads that come with the original hookless ahh bras which had a tendency to flatten due to lack of support. The SPERMICLE Bra Pads are made well and have a shelf which lifts. They fit nicely into the pocket of fabric cover over & under the pad. Purchased the A/B and the fit was perfect. The old girls are now lifted. and comfortable. Wore all day and the pads stayed in place. I ordered the beige which worked well with all the pastel colors and will be ordering another set to continue with the replacement.

These bra pad inserts are good quality. I like how the edges are sewn because it helps keep the edges of the inserts from fraying. These inserts are great to use in unlined and wireless bras because they give you a nice shape as well as giving lift and extra support for your bustline.

Haven't used it yet but put them in my bikini tops and they fit perfect and enhance what needs to be! I love them!

I can appreciate how lightweight, smooth, and well-made these inserts are. However, they are a far cry from being ideal. I really like the concept of a thin, natural insert that offers discretion while still letting your shape shine through, and these come very close in theory. In practice, however, the coverage just isn’t sufficient for larger breasts.In my case, the inserts were noticeably smaller than the ones that originally came with my sports bras and did not fully cover my breast. The coverage simply wasn’t there, which led to shifting and defeated the purpose of replacing them in the first place.If you’re on the smaller end of a D cup, or even a C, these may work beautifully for you. If you’re truly fuller-busted, even the D/E option may leave you wanting more.For context, I ordered the D/E size. I typically wear a 36D–36DD, depending on the brand.

I typically wear sports bras as I find them more comfortable than normal bras for everyday wear.The one thing I dislike about sports bras is that they lack any shape.I'm not large chested (36B) and I find that most sports bras just don't do much by way of flattering my shape at all.I got these inserts and replaced the single-layered thin insert that came with my sports bra. My sports bras have a little slit to access a pocket on each side. My bras had a very thin insert in there - - - it was just thick enough to hide the headlights. I pulled those out and replaced them with these.* * these inserts do not have their own ability to secure themselves inside a bra. It's ideal if your bra has a slit so you can insert these into the cups. They may work and stay in place if you just place them between the bra and your breast, but I haven't tried using them that way.Man, these made an immediate difference!They give me a little more shape and definition and the extra padding in the bottom crescent area sorta works like a push up bra - - - no more uni-boob!It still doesn't make a sports bra as flattering as an underwire, but it's definitely an improvement for my casual daily wear.

OMG these are perfect. I did not realize I needed these at first. I put them in a cute cotton front closure sporty bra and it finally looked right!. I’m almost 70 and need more structure AND comfort! The longline bras I just purchased on line were nice but had no cups whatsoever. I’m somewhere between a B and a C so I sized up for the band. My boobs looked like sad little raisins in that bra that was far from cheap and the free silicone nipple covers did not really help. These inserts were soft, comfortable with a little push-up action—not for some crazy cleavage but for a nice little lift for the girls.

I've reordered these pads multiple times as I'm slowly replacing all old pads in every sports bra I own. I've also replaced those cheap, thin ones that come in swimsuits with these. I'm a B cup and these help smooth things while giving a bit of support. Recommend
