A Godsend...they really are.

These are earphones for those with reduced earing. They do a great just boosting the sound that goes beyond what standard earphones do. The sound is clear and just like before my hearing was damaged by hydrocephalous. Give these a try...you won't be sorry. My hearing loss is rated severe and these work great for me.
