I'm a very active 65 yo female... But whose feet pain me about everyday .. used a set the first day I received them. Was shocked I was only up once during the night & feet felt pretty decent entire day.. used them the next night... Again, only awake once. That day I had planned a big outing with one of kids that involved a ton of walking. & Carrying things I purchased up 3 flights of stairs. Wasn't til after I got everything put away I realized feet didn't hurt all day. Left at 930 & got home about 330. Have already recommended these to a few ppl! Well worth the money!

Meh
Was wet and appeared to have been โusedโ after I slept with them but did it for a week and I couldnโt sleep AT ALL while wearing them. They werenโt uncomfortable, so I have to guess I couldnโt sleep because of ingredients seeping into skin?

After 4 nights of trying
As it says In the description, the pads significantly improved my sleeping quality and thatโs helped in waking up refreshed and the stress level to go down. NOTE that this product DOES NOT claim to detox. What ever written in the key benefit I can say itโs true and I am definitely buying it again.

Reduce foot pain by using patches
I get pain in my feet, using these patches seem to reduce this, I'm not sure how or why it helps but it works so all good

To try and get healthy, those patches are helping.
They work really good. I couldn't believe it when i removed the patch the next morning. It was black.obviously it took out the toxins. Would recommend them.
