Please don’t buy
I received the product, but it is completely unusable because the required driver software is not available for download on their website. Without the driver, the product simply cannot function. I tried multiple ways to contact the company for support, including phone calls and chatting through Instagram, but they did not resolve the issue or provide the driver. There has been no proper follow-up or solution. This feels like a waste of money, as selling a product without accessible driver software makes it impossible to use. Very disappointed with both the product support and customer service. I would not recommend this product to others.

The printer working well for the label with the app but no driver given for receipt printing I AM TRYING FIND DRIVER this company website shows the account suspended why? if it is a good and big company why can't maintain its website very disappointed
