Yes, it's expensive. But it is by far the best lower carb pasta alternative I've found.I'm a pasta snob. I'd rather go without than eat a zoodle, miracle noodle, or palmini. These are made in Italy and are the closest, taste and texture wise, to traditional pasta.I justify the price of these because they go a long way. Probably due to the high fiber content, they are much more filling than traditional semolina pasta. So I can get almost 4 servings out of an 8 ounce box. They carry sauce well and are good cold in salads. Even to get them properly al dente, they take on the longer side of the suggested cooking time. Well worth it to fulfill my pasta indulgence, which I need to limit anyway due to diet restrictions.So for me, these are a must. But if you aren't counting calories, or carbs to a lesser extent (these are by no means keto), I don't see a reason to buy the multi pack. For those curious, start with a single box. Personally I like the variety of shapes and the small discount by buying in bulk.

Absolutely love this pasta. Have been using it for the past year at least for my wife and I. We make our kids regular pasta still because let’s face it kids don’t usually need to watch their weight and ours are no exception. This does have to cook longer than regular pasta but, still for the amount of calories per serving this is by far and away worth it. It also tastes just as good and the texture is very similar. I think I’d be a little hard pressed to tell the difference between this pasta and regular pasta. The only thing that sucks is the price premium. Other than that it’s a great, most importantly, HEALTHY alternative to regular pasta.

Ive been meal prepping lunch with this pasta for a year and it’s the BEST! Tastes exactly like regular pasta, has an al dente bite. Doesn’t make you feel bloated or uncomfortably full. Great addition to my diet

Like the texture of this product, much improved over the soggy noodles in a bag. They are more Aldente the than regular pasta but I prefer them that way. Very filling.

So at a full serving it's 17 carbs. I'm trying to hang around 20 carbs per day, so I plan meals with this stuff where I can get away with a half of a serving. Like I just made pizza casserole with it, and a half serving was waaaaay more than enough! And my non-KETO family says it is just like regular pasta. This needs a longer boil time, but holds up very well when covered in sauce or baked as a casserole, it will NOT break up into chalky little pieces like that bread-company brand; yuk, that stuff was nasty. I've used this brand of elbows in my ranch pasta salad without telling the family and nobody knew; that's when I bought this variety box, because I knew I could pull it off. It LOOKS like real pasta, TASTES like the old carb-loaded junk, but is so much better for you. Stupid crazy expensive, but if you need to get the pasta fix, THIS STUFF IS THE BOMB!

These are a good lower calorie option for pasta but they definitely don’t have quite the same texture as regular pasta. For those of us on a low calorie diet, they’re definitely a great alternative and are some of the best ones I’ve tried.

Sure, it's not exactly like regular pasta. But for the lower calories and higher fiber it's well worth the slight difference! My new fave! I don't know why they have to charge so much. I have trouble getting enough fiber but I really need it so I'm going to keep on buying it. It didn't fill me up/satisfy me like regular pasta. So what, I just ate more! I found the texture to be very al dente. I enjoy the texture and chew.

Bought these because I saw them on a You Tube vid of a Weight Watchers member, they are no better on points than the Barilla Protein pasta and the Barilla taste better, are readily available in the grocery store and cheaper too
