The setup is more durable than other's I've used in the past and perform just as well. I've used the Gamakatsu weedless wacky hooks before. And while they were nice and sharp I found the plastic wire would often get inverted over the hook and I'd get 2-3 good fish before they were destroyed. These hooks have a metal wire that I can simply bend back in to place and it doesn't seem to affect hookup ratio. They setup lasts a lot longer which is important to me because I'm not buying hooks constantly. One of these hooks did have a dull point but I was fishing a lot of wood and it was probably dulled because I was hooking a lot of logs. Other than that one instance they have been really good to me. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a cheaper, yet good quality replacement to some of the more expensive brands out there.

I like these. The wire will unravel over time but overall I am satisfied. I’ve bought a few times and will buy more. The hook is good, never had an issue with a hook up. Use these for wacky senkos in grass.

So far I've used them weightless wacky-rigged with a five-inch worm. I haven't been snagged on any underwater weeds, sticks, or debris. And I've had no gut hooks. So far all the fish I've caught with these hooks have been hooked in the mouth (see picture for example) which is why I bought these. They seem well made, durable, and of good quality. These hooks do the job they were designed to do.

Good quality materials, but man... you really gotta set that hook hard. Better fish this on a heavy setup. Lost a couple of good quality bass due to weed guard blocking the hook set. Takes some getting used to and adjusting your hookset style. Does keep weeds from sticking to your rig pretty well, but also keeps bass from sticking to it as well.

Haven't used them yet but you can tell these are quality hooks. Razor sharp and the weed guard is of good quality, not thin and flimsy. I got the size 1 and they are perfect for 5 " senkos.
