Dear, yes it will compatible with Chamberlain Motorlift 700.

Is this compatible with the Liftmaster CB24?

I just programmed them no issue but they are terrible won't work at all if you are within 20 ft of what your trying to open not dependable

Will this work with a Liftmaster 800?

I have a LiftMaster Model RDO800GB and these replacement remote controls are exactly the same as the original controls and they work perfectly well.
