Received a beautiful healthy tree, lost a few leaves in shipping, but so far, I'm looking forward to enjoying it for many years, would difinately buy again!

The media could not be loaded.  This beautiful Jane magnolia arrived in perfect condition . Shipping did take a bit but the wait was so worth it and for the price it’s just perfect .. it’s very healthy and comes with a small book on how to care for it.. my little beauty is about 4’9 .. I’m in northern Cali wish me luck .

While I have purchased live plants via mail-express delivery in the past, I am cautiously optimistic based on past experiences-purchased. I ordered in part in support of small business and am totally WOWED! Speedy delivery, above average packaging. The tree is healthy, lots of new growth, step-by-step planting guide included with contact information should have questions or concerns. The tree is now in a prominent location in my garden and despite the NW heat and drought conditions, I am optimistic that with TLC she will be a stunner for years of enjoyment. For quality---value---delivery I would recommend a 10 star service, product line.

I ordered 2 0f the smaller sized plants because I didn’t want root wrap after an experts recommendation. The trees came tip to tip in a like 5 foot long box. The base was wrapped in a clear plastic bag with no soil lost. There was one big branch that broke off during shipment. It’s in the pic. It doesn’t know it’s cold outside and seems it will bloom anyday. I’m super excited to see this small tree/bush grow with our family on the beach in South Carolina.

Pot was connected in a separate chamber so that the plant was not disturbed, and it looked like I picked it up locally. I've never bought plants in better shape than this.

The magnolia has serious Black Spot Disease.Many dead leaves had fallen off. The pot that the plant is in was damaged.

Excited and happy about early delivery but plant arrived in pictured condition. I hope I can get a refund if he doesn't pull through. The leaves aren't looking too good. Planted it in well draining soil with compost so we will see.
