Great item to carry for all enviroment situations. Added an emergency blanket , wound dressings and sterile hypacover dressings.

Great little kit, fits in the top box of my motorcycle and doesn't get in the way. Tourniquet and tough cuts are both sturdy and well built.

This emergency individual first aid kit has virtually everything needed for the severest injuries. The Israeli bandage is heat shrink vacuum sealed with 5 year shelf life. I've checked various medical websites and as long as it stays sealed it should remain sterile and safe to use beyond it's shelf life. It's one of those bits of kit it's good to have but hope never have to use. Very pleased with this first aid kit. It's very competitively priced considering everything that's in it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. Extra note: manufacturer warranty expires at end of shelf life of the Israeli bandage and they advise to replace if expired. If all I have is an expired bandage in a dire situation and the options are: 1, bleed to death 2, use an out of date bandage, stop the bleeding but risk possibly getting an infection... I know which option I'd choose. As I've stated the Israeli bandage does arrive with a 5 year shelf life so there's plenty of time before considering getting a replacement. The whole kit is excellent value with good quality products and I definitely recommend it.

Handige set voor onderweg, bv een motorvakantie of gewoon als nood. Ik heb de set wel aangevuld met verbandmiddelen en pleisters. Dan is het meer een EHBO kit geworden.

Overall, it's a decent value for money budget purchase. Obviously, I'm yet to use any of the materials inside but have taken everything out of its original packaging and completed a cursory quality check as best as I could without opening the sterile items. Everything in the kit is useful apart from maybe the few standard plasters which seem to just be filler. I will be buying some burn gel, pair of chest seals vented/unvented, and a nasal airway tube to complete the kit. As for the satchel itself it seems reasonably good quality all seems intact and stitching pretty solid. The tourniquet seems as good as any I've seen on bigger name first aid kits. As did the dressing scissors and the pouch for storing both.
