Good pate. Very convenient. I always have some in my pantry for a quick lunch on some buttered toast. I like to add a little ground black pepper, but that's just my preference! Good value and quick shipping

It's got a great savory flavor. It's the kind of product that even when you graduate to richer pate, this is a comforting consistent.and familiar 'taste of home' that is always sure to please, and why most pate loving French, never out grow it. So it should never be compared to a soft liver pate. Henaff fully fits the definition of a pate, it's just a firmer texture, like the different between a flan and a pudding. It's not considered a 'gormet' ' pate in France. It's considered the pate you first grew up with, know, love, take on camping trips, because you know it's consistently dependable, familiar, and delicious!

These taste very similar to SPAM, but less salty and better flavor. Spread on toast, crackle some pepper, top with cornichons, and I’m in heaven.

I was in the army in Europe and spent time in Germany and France, and this brings back memories of the great meals I had there. Love this pate!

It is hard and not soft as I expected. The quality is mediocre.

Beware this is not liver pate this is just expensive spam.
