Not many reviews on products like this so wanted to give my experience. Before this I was using a enema bag and now I could see myself ever using anything but this product. The nozzle feels well made and from what I can see it's not plated with anything you'll have to worry about chipping. The shower head adapter is solid and works perfectly, just make sure you don't over tighten (should be maybe a quarter to half turn past hand tight). Super easy to use and don't feel intimated with the size of the nozzle you can always just hold it against your "rosebud" without actually inserting it. Only downside to this package for me was the hose length, I ended up getting a much longer one to make things easier

I ordered this product to use it exactly as intended, and have used it for plenty of things past those purposes. It works great for enemas, it heats up quickly so it doesn't freeze your ass, and fits in a little tight for people who aren't used to putting things in places they usually don't. If you order this I'd suggest buying an extra hose to make it more convenient. I found it really good for cleaning out the shower. It handles a lot of pressure and heat well. I ordered this hose about 6 months ago and have used it at least 4 times a month. I'll list the pros and cons; Pros; -I can't find anything as cheaply priced for enemas- without being potentially unclean- -Very convenient. You don't need a special attachment for anything, it goes on most shower hoses. -Super easy to clean- as it should be; this is something designed to go unclean places. It should clean easy. -Comfortable and easy to use- I've bought enema bottles, they don't feel too great most times. This slides easily in. -Durable- I've dropped this sucker pretty hard on tile plenty of times, and the tile/metal don't care- it looks like the day I bought it. It comes with 2 extra gaskets, and I don't see any of the other parts breaking or leaking any time soon. -It works- enema bottles and laxative and all of those never worked for me, this works- no guarantee needed, it's water. -Easy to set up/put away, all of the parts come apart easily, but stay tight when you need them to. -It might be a little big to easily put inside, but once its in it slides easily. -Its appearance is very normal. For people with children/family who wish to be discreet about this, many people won't recognize what this is used for especially if it is in parts. Cons -It's slick, which is great for entry, but not great if you want to hold it in while it does its job. -You can't go past the rod- (I have) Technically you can, but pulling it back out can damage your ring, because the part where hose meets rod is very rough. The hose isn't that rough, but not super comfortable either. -Its shape is very straightforward but could be awkward especially for people with inexperience. -It heats up quickly, so if you don't have the right temperature, or the temperature changes without your notice (roommates, family cause water temperature change), it can burn/chill VERY quickly. -The hose it comes with isn't long enough. A lot of people say this- and it is kind of true. I don't have any trouble using it in the shower standing/kneeling but if I want to sit in the shower I have trouble. My shower head isn't very high, so I can imagine troubles for someone with a tall shower-head. It would be very convenient to use this at the toilet, and if I had double the hose that would be no problem. Hoses aren't hard to find - so this is a very minor inconvenience. -Unless you're a veteran, you're going to want to use lube/lotion etc. It's big enough. This enema system is worth it. I'd buy it before anything expensive, or anything based off of silicone or rubber- the dildo shaped enema kits could easily wear and become unclean as they are porus. If you're not very good at putting things in places, you might want to look into the rubber based ones- but fact is- they won't last as long, or be as clean/convenient.

Buy it. Buy it now! I bought this because I wanted to feel clean before partaking in back door activities. It does a great job. That’s not why I’m writing this review. One day in the shower I got curious. Decided to see what it would feel like if I aimed the water somewhere else. What I felt I cannot describe. My shower time went from 15 minutes to at least 45 minutes every.single.time. My husband came running because he heard me screaming and thought something was wrong. Like a good husband he didn’t get upset, instead he teamed up with it during our next shower. Now my water bill increased and I’m late for everything. It’s gotten so bad that I have to avoid making eye contact with the hose when I shower or forget all my plans for the rest of the day. Pure ecstasy. That is all. Buy the damn thing. Thank me later.

PLASTIC WASHERS: FINE Be sure to use the included washers when attaching the diverter to your shower pipe and when attaching the hose to both the diverter and nozzle of choice. The washers work as intended for me so far. Note: I've had the product less than a week. DIVERTER: FLAWED With many caveats, I will say that I am able to use the CleanStream diverter valve to switch between my AquaDance rainfall showerhead and the CleanStream hose. So far, the valve switch on the diverter works properly in that it appears to fully switch the stream from one outlet to the other. I am also able to easily regulate the water pressure into the hose by slowly turning the valve from the showerhead to the hose. However, the diverter valve as a whole is one solid piece so that when you screw it onto your shower pipe, the whole unit must be turned. Perhaps I received an older design of the diverter because the CleanStream instructions on the product's Amazon page explicitly state that you should NOT turn the diverter itself but instead only turn the END CAP. The diverter I received was not designed with an end cap. And none of the official photos on their Amazon page shows a diverter with an end cap for screwing independently into the shower pipe. This led to a less-than-ideal diverter position, once I had fully tightened it enough to prevent leakage, with the hose outlet pointing toward my bathroom ceiling. Ideally, the hose outlet should point down toward the shower floor. My compromise temporary solution was to accept a little leakage and unscrew the diverter a quarter turn so that the hose outlet direction was toward the left of the shower head. However, CleanStream instructions on their Amazon page state to use teflon tape when installing which isn't included. Perhaps with tape, the diverter will screw on in the correct position but my guess is that it won't make much of a difference in that regard. I will be purchasing a fully metal diverter or will try using the 3-way diverter that came with my AquaDance dual shower head. NOZZLES: GREAT I can attest that the larger nozzle works perfectly as advertised. I have not tested the smaller nozzle. HOSE: GREAT The 6' hose has end caps on both ends that allow for easy installation with the included washers. SUMMARY: The nozzles and hose are worth the relatively low cost despite the flawed diverter. I also bought an AquaDance 7" dual rainfall showerhead and handheld showerhead. I switched out the AquaDance 5' hose with the 6' Cleanstream hose. It fits perfectly. I also can easily switch back and forth between the AquaDance handheld showerhead and the Cleanstream nozzle with no leakage so far. This allows me to put away the enema nozzle until needed. RECOMMENDATION: Purchase a separate higher quality diverter valve with an end cap for proper positioning onto your shower pipe and also purchase teflon plumber's tape if needed to stop leakage.

Works in all areas

Excellent and was very very easy to fit to the shower. Took about ten minutes in all and everything was ready to go. Used it for the first time last night without any problems and found it to be very comfortable and a enjoyable experience. Just to add that I didn't think I would miss using this so much !! I was away for two days and couldn't start taking the hotel shower apart !! So I had to go without it for two whole days and at that point I discovered just how clean using this makes you feel. As the saying goes....What you've never had you never miss !!

Leichte Montage - auch als Frau möglich. Erfüllt seinen Zweck - schöne Erfahrung unter der Dusche durch die beiden Aufsätze. War eigentlich zur Verwendung mit meinem Ex gedacht, dieser ist nun wahrscheinlich in anderen Betten aktiv, doch ich behalte es trotzdem und danke ihm für die Empfehlung :)

Alles dabei und funktioniert sehr gut! Preislich könnte es günstiger sein, aber hier ist ja alles dabei. Ich beabsichtige es noch einmal zu bestellen, damit ich es nicht immer demontieren muss.

Definitely got the job done. So sparkly clean. Although the hose is definitely not 6ft long. It's still long enough though
