This is my first pregnancy so i wasn’t expecting the back pain. I invested in this pregnancy belt and instantly felt relief in my back because of how it lifts my belly and takes the pressure off my back! It’s comfortable, durable, and feels nice and stretchy. The Velcro seems to be holding well so far. It gives me the right amount of breathing room without feeling too hot on my skin. Overall, I’m happy with this belly band!

This maternity belt worked great and helped a lot for day-to-day use and when walking longer distances. It helped with the round ligament pain I get with walking and my lower back pain. The directions were easy to understand and the size worked great since it’s very adjustable! I would definitely recommend once you get into the late 2nd and third trimester to help with posture and support your stomach/back.

This thing is a must for pregnant women everywhere... without this thing I can barely make it 30 minutes in the grocery store without being in severe pain. Highly recommend it!! It comfortably lifts your tummy up and pulls in the sides to give you a comfortable posture for walking and or relaxing... tbh this thing deserves more than 5 stars... its very affordable!! However I will say keep the box for the picture intrusions as I constantly forget where each piece goes... mom brain lol...
