Filty damaged frame

Frame was received today with other items in box.Packaging was dirty, appeared it had been wet. Frame dirty with scuff marks and wet streaks behind glass.I didn't even want to touch it.

Arrived broken

Ordered this frame as a Mother’s Day gift. It arrives broken. The frame was severed in the middle. Returned the broken frame at UPS on time. I received notice that we will be charged for the broken frame because it was not returned.The frame is cute but very cheaply made. I would not purchase again.
