No even close to Kavinace.... wish they would get it back om the market!

Does not do what it is advertised to do. It is advertised as sleep-aid. For me this supplement created anxiety and restlessness. Previous user of Kavinace PM which delivered sleep-aid results.This supplement 50% less expensive than discontinued Kavinace PM but that still overpriced if provides no benefits.

I've read all the reviews on Amazon for this product and it's clear that it works differently for different users. I took two pills the first night and it knocked me for a loop! I felt groggy the whole next day. The second night I just took one, and the experience was better, though I still felt a little foggy the next morning. I think it takes a few days to adjust and I've felt clear-headed and refreshed for the past few mornings. It definitely helps me fall asleep faster and if I wake up in the night, I'm able to fall back to sleep. (I used to be awake between 3 and 6 EVERY night). I only saw one reviewer mention gastric distress, but it is a potential side effect and I find that, to put it delicately, I can't leave the house in the morning until the effects on my digestive system have worn off. I've also read that you shouldn't take this for more than 12 weeks, so I will probably taper off when I near the end of this bottle and see how I sleep when I no longer take it. I don't work outside the home so it's not a problem for me.

I've tried multiple natural sleep formulations, This is one of the better ones. It has higher amount of the more effective ingredients. This will not knock you out or match a pharmaceutical product, But it is as good as it gets for a natural product. I'm having trouble rating this. Because while it is good, Better than most natural products, It doesn't work all the time for everybody - Like every other natural product. It helps most of the time, If this is what you want - This is your better choice.

After a week, I fall asleep sooner and do not wake up nearly as much. Helps my brain turn off at night which is a big change for me. It is pretty amazing. Used other sleep product before, but honestly never noticed much. For some reason this blend is different. Always doubtful on these things, but this company seemed legit. And the product worked.
