Review: Great for littles - Great read for little kids and great resources foe science unit studies. Review: Excellent Text and Illustrations About Hydrology - As a former educator, I can confidently recommend this book to teach kids (of all ages) about the science of water flow. Both the written text and the illustrations make it easy to understand what is actually a difficult concept, as well as the vocabulary around hydrology, the actual name for how water flows. Brooks to streams to rivers. And on to the oceans. Why do rivers sometimes loop back and forth across the land? And what are those bends called? Why are some rivers so muddy?

Good
Perfect addition to our homeschool library. Love how math and science are hidden in the story. This book does a great job bring the reader in to new information in a fun way. I read the information to my kindergarten age kids, they where engaged with the information and made for a great addition to our mini unit study.

Wonderful introduction series to different science topics
Wonderful introduction series to different science topics. This one teaches children how water flows from brooks to streams to rivers to the ocean. It is at a Pre-K level for children ages 3 to 6 years.

I'm Learning with my Toddler!
Fabulous, read first at a nearby Nature Center and purchased online afterwards. My toddler sits through the whole book and asks for more. He loves watching water flow and find it's way downhill.

Informative
I like reading books that also provide information. I am glad to see more of these at a lower reading level.

Beautifully made, sturdy little baskets
Beautifully made, sturdy little baskets. Some sharp bits on the bottom, which I will smooth by sanding, as they are gifts for 3 year old grandaughters.

I like that this can be read as a story
I like that this can be read as a story. The series is probably for ages 5 or 6 and up because it can get a bit technical at times for pre-schoolers.
