First I noticed softer more regular bowel movements... okay. Then I noticed more energy... okay. Then I noticed my joints don't hurt like they always have been and I was dancing like I use to... okay. Then I noticed my skin clearing up and looked lighter (I smoke).. okay. Then I was like (I just feel better - good mood) "Yes I been having a number of issues and tried multiple products with no help. Then I started to think (WHAT CAN IT BE?) Well the only thing different I am doing is taking the Sea Moss.. received my order on Nov. 5th.. missed a few days so I wasn't thinking it was it, but it is. Great product

I’m a big fan of sea moss and use it almost daily, but I prefer the gel for its convenience. These capsules are a good fallback option when I run out of gel or need an easy source of minerals. They’re effective and feel like a natural multivitamin, but with several other capsules in my routine, adding more feels like too much. Great to have on hand, but not my first choice.

I am surprised at how fast this works. I am only on day 2 of taking this and can`t begin to tell you how much more energy I have, and how the morning brain fog is now non existent. I can only say that I have not been taking it long enough to see the many other benefits but as of now I will be taking this forever. Due to my newly enhanced energy levels and mental clarity I honestly feel about 30 yrs younger. I have an overactive thyroid and also feel that this has also had a major effect balancing it out. Love the way this made me feel and after telling my brother how amazing it is he is going to order it. Also great seller with prompt delivery.

Have been using a year. This is a great way to take sea moss

So I decided to take Irish Sea moss but I couldn’t deal with the texture of the raw product so I decided to try supplements. These are the first I came across that already had excellent reviews and because it had other great herbs in it. I’ve been taking them for about two weeks and definitely have noticed a difference in my energy levels. I have low iron and am normally super exhausted alllll the time. Not so much anymore, I’m not tired during the day and feel happier oddly enough. My mood has been really positive. I also loveeee that my skin looks more radiant and keeps my crazy cystic acne at bay. I just feel more healthy internally. I’ve already recommended this product to everyone I know lol literally. Buy it!

First of all, I don't know why this product have this many 5 star reviews.... I took one every day for over a month and all it did is cause stomach pain and that's it, MIGHT have helped soften bowl movements but that's it, nothing more if not less, better off sticking to a healthier diet
