I never ever leave reviews but I had to.....I loved my old roku tv, but it was time for an upgrade. I bought the 55" lg tv. Honestly, I bought a similar LG tv a frw weeks ago and returned it because it came with a basic remote and I COULDN'T FIND A COMPATIBLE MAGIC REMOTE. sounds stupid... but i love the magic remote this tv included (with batteries too!?). It takes some getting used to being a roku user bc there are more buttons than a roku remote... but it is a lot more user friendly than the basic lg remote.The picture is awesome on this tv. The set up is super easy. The tv app you can download on your phone has so many really cool options I can't even name them all... one of them is that you can listen to the tv just through your phone if is late at night and you're trying not to bother anyone which I think is really unique.I wasnt sure if Id be an LG fan, but I took a chance and I love it! (Plus i love the curser on the remote... so much easier for signing into apps with your email & stuff)I can't believe the quality of this tv for such a low price.... BUT it's only been 3 days, so.. well see! Just buy it... but it now

Received really quick and was totally securely packaged and shipped. Easy to put on stand. Has great color and picture. Absolutely recommend. Definitely worth it. When it’s time to replace my living I will be getting another but 65 inch or more.

The TV itself is great. We use streaming / Internet apps. Our old TV would constantly reset itself or sit and spin. This TV rarely has any issues and the local rural fiber optic is not the best. One great feature is you can program a button on your remote and jump to your desired app.However! The remote has some issues. They tried to make a center rolly device kind of mouse like and you need to press the wheel to make your selection. If you just twitch a tiny bit the pointer jumps all over. It takes lots of practice to get it to work. I guess a good thing is It caused lots of laughter in our house. The other nasty thing is that it does not work with internet applications very well. Sometimes, you need to click on something and it just doesn't register the click.

I wanted to upgrade my old television to a flat screen with 4K capability, as I am an avid gamer and wanted to experience my PS5 the way it was intended. The picture quality compared to my old TV is like night and day, the colors are vivid, crisp, and HD quality. The sound of the TV is very clear and I like the different sound modes so that you can tailor it to a particular room's acoustics. The only gripe I have is with the remote control having the trackball to navigate through the menus. You can control the TV fully with the direction pad and don't need to use the trackball, but there is no setting to turn the trackball completely off, as it can be a minor nuisance when you need to pull up a menu. Other than that, I highly recommend this TV, as it is a great step up, without having to spend a fortune.
