Works great

All I wanted to be able to do was replace simple text strings in a pdf but it looks like this program only deals in images. On top of that it seems to have messed up my file structure and now when I save or download something it puts it in a strange place in a strange format. I've been emailing the company but I've got the feeling that their support people are in Germany (10 hr time difference), not the US, based on how long its taking them to respond for my messages to them.

The media could not be loaded. I always wanted to have Adobe PDF so that I could scan documents and organized documents. Even though I’m still learning this software, I love the fact, that I can create pdf documents from my scanner and add documents from current pdf files. I only give this software 4 stars because, the install software was didn’t start or open accordingly when press to install, took a long time. Also because the cd have some scratches on it, and the CD is not the current version of the software, as it needs to do an update to fix small issues with it. Eventually I had to download a copy of the new version from the internet to burn on a disc and have it for safekeeping. But in general it seems like a great software that gives the ability to do a lot things, from converting documents into PDF, link pages, add a digital signature to documents.

I didn't think it was at all easy to use or figure out.

Software installation CD worked fine in my external CD/DVD drive for my Windows 11 Dell Inspiron 16 laptop. Installation file also available for download from vendor website. Vendor replied quickly to my question about one of the features I was using. License Key good for 3 users. Installation was flawless, and easy to complete. Program is amazing. Much more user friendly and more versatile than the software I have used for decades. I always bought the PDF software from the major brand name, but refuse to be held hostage for a subscription that costs over $100 per year. This software is such a great deal!

This is NOT a user intuitive piece of software. The user interface needs updating. I was unable to find the menu I needed to change settings. Even after using the Help manual the software did not respond properly.If you have patience, you can get the software to work. Ot should have been designed to mimic text editing software.

Sure beats paying for Acrobat. Does what average user needs without a drain on the bank b
