Legines NPT Bushing 3/8" Male x 1/4" Female Reducing Adapter Hex Head Pipe Fitting (Pack of 5)

I ran into an issue when I went to install a filter and oiler assembly for my air compressor system. The filter assembly had 3/8" NPT female fittings in the inlet and outlet ports. That is a problem when the air compressor only had 1/4" NPT fittings for its outlet! So, I went to Amazon to see if I could find a reducer fitting to make this work and found these. These fittings did the trick just fine and I have no leaks whatsoever after adapting the line to the filter assembly. Super easy to install and solid brass material. Both sets of threads fit nicely and everything tightened up without leaks of any sort. In short, these were perfect for what I needed to do! I recommend these to anyone that has the need because these are nice fittings that are quality made. The solid brass material is preferred for its softness in NPT fittings to help seal any leaks, but teflon tape will ensure that there won't be any issue. You get five of these for roughly the price you'd expect to pay for one at the local hardware store, so these are an exceptional value. They are holding up great on my filter assembly and I have no issue at all with using them. They did exactly what I wanted to do and are doing it fabulously!

These are excellent quality bushings HD wants the same price but for just one bushing. These are hard to find for some reason
