You can move your fingers forward because of the finger choil. 2. Quality -- for $30 it's great. Fit and finish is fitting of a $80 knife. I have a few $30 CRKT Chinese knives that I like half as much. Blade was centered. Opening and closing is smooth. 3. Action. Open with thumb, gravity drop, or flick of the wrist. It's all smooooth. Closing is fine too. 4. Sound. The loud, authoritative sound of it opening is faaantastic! It makes me feel like it's a pocket shotgun.Cons: 1. Chamfering about thumb hole is only on straight side. 2. There is no chamfering on lockbar edges. It's too sharp for my tastes. 3. Pocket clip is okay, not great. 4. Steel dulls easily.

It's the perfect everyday, fit in your pocket, size. It feels sturdy in you hand. There is no play when the blade is extended. The only thing is that the lock release is a bit awkward. But with use and practice I don't feel it will be a problem for long.

I’ve had the is thing for a few months now and nothing to complain about. The blade is supernatural for the knife size which I appreciate. The frame lock is sort of lost on me here but that’s just because I’m biased. Feel like a liner lock with 2 g10 scales would have been cleaner. I’ve heard that there is a larger version of this out there so I’ll probably end up grabbing that one too. But all n all a great knife. Worth it to have a second or third cary on hand for dirty or potentially blade damaging tasks.

If you are considering a smaller knife or just want a budget friendly knife that's dependable then this is it! Even though it is on the smaller side, the width of the handle and blade cause it to fill up the hand as if it were a bigger knife. This knife really brings the "confidence in hand" that CRKT says! It's too good to pass up! 100/10 rating for me.

i like my edc to be able to knock wire nails into 2x4s, hack out some kindling when needed and pop open a beer bottle easily... i carry mine on the butt-side waistline of my pants instead of pocket anyway, so the little extra bulkiness doesn't bother me. if you like a smaller more "sensible" knife, this isn't for you. if you use your knife as a tool though, for the price especially, this is a good knife for you. could've been sharper out of the box, but that's not really that big a deal to me because i don't mind putting an edge on a knife.

A great product. Bought it because I lost my full sized batum but they are discontinued. Same exact knife just smol. Can’t go wrong with a sturdy frame lock

This really is decent pocket knife but not without a few quirks. I have been carrying it for exactly a month today and so I wanted to share a few thoughts on it.The pros: The first thing you notice about the Batum compact is that it is very good looking. The fit and finish on this budget knife are right on par. The blade is perfectly centered and it came decently sharp. It has held up well to most tasks as my EDC knife for the past month and has kept a pretty decent edge. One of my favorite features is that this is one sturdy pocket knife- the lockup is secure with absolutely no play. The ergos are comfortable with no hot spots.The Cons: Just a few things I noticed using this knife everyday is that the thickness can sometimes cause a problem. It is hard to break down cardboard, slice apples and do some wood carving activities. The tip is not great for piercing and the weight makes the knife noticeable when its in your pocket.Conclusion: You definitely cannot go wrong purchasing this knife. it looks great and holds up excellently to hard use tasks.

Condundente y calidad

Del Batum ne fanno due versioni, una compact e una large. Questo è la large con dimensioni e spessori maggiori. Ottimo folder robusto ma pesante e poco tascabile. Unico difetto, il meccanismo del liner lock a vista lascia scoperto uno scalino poco piacevole al tatto.

Muy buena navaja, es robusta y de gran calidad, tiene un excelente filo.La calidad precio es muy buena, la recomiendo totalmente.
