Bette milder has great voice
I got this for my dad bc told him the wind beneath my wings made me think of him. So very sentimental gift it was for himBette has a amazing voice. She don’t disappoint

The item delivered was different than ordered, packaging was inadequate to protect jewel case
The packaging was a thin plastic sleeve with teeny tiny bubble wrap. The jewel case was cracked as you can see in the image. Also, as you can see in the image, the cover picture and insert is different than the one pictured and ordered. I am wondering if this is a knock-off or a cheap re-release? The only reason I am keeping it is because I listened to it and the songs I care about sound fine and it wasn't very expensive.

CD arrived as planned and without any damage to container. Purchased mostly for the song, The Rose. If you enjoy Bette you'll love this CD.

A good mixture of Bette Midler's songs
The great classics were on there; Wind beneath my wings, From a distance, Boogie-woogie bugler boy etc. But also some lesser known songs which as usual Bette delivers beautifully.

Exactly what I expected from this diva, and much more ! I knew three of the songs on this great greatest hits compilation, but in fact they are all superbly crafted jewels.

Good sound - pity about the picture!
Yes! A splendid CD. Bette is "Better" in the lower register of her voice. Higher up she tends to get a tiny bit raucous.The worst thing about this CD is undoubtedly the cover. The picture is truly dreadful and does her no favours at all. This is what lost it one star.
