Perfect replacement for my 2010 F150 Platinum. Only minor complaint is that it makes a slight, plasticy soundong squeak when we use it. Fits and matches great though.

I do not advise you buy this unless you wish to glue the black plastic cover (the one that goes over the hidden bolt) back into place. It will not snap into place like OEM part that was taken out. Other than that it does open the door, but I do not wish to alter my vehicle to make a replacement part work.

Easy install and great fit.... UNTIL you put the last cover right behind the handle. Yeah I’m glad the door opens properly now and got rid of the rattling. But now I have a new issues of rattling unless I glue the face plate the the handle. MANUFACTURER NEEDS TO ADJUST THEIR TOLERANCES. Poor engineering to let an above par handle go bad on a simple faceplate.

Once the door panel was removed installation was simple and the product was a perfect fit. The price is right on this too, as this part can be much, much more expensive elsewhere.

All around the spring needs to be greased so it does not sound cheap. It is full plastic. It does not seam as strong/heavy duty as the one I replaced. The reason I replaced it was the chrome was peeling.

I agree with the April 14 review that the OEM backplate does not snap into place in this product, but I am going to put a small dot of glue on the back of the plate to hold it in place and be done. Other than this wrinkle, the quality is generally good, the dimensions were perfect, and the color match is perfect for my 2011 F150.

Change your broken ones. You won’t regret it.
