Will this fit a 13 year old with a large head

Yes it will! And if you think the mask is too large, just put a towel or something else into it to help fix.

will this fit a 11 year old?

Depends on his/her size. It’s a little big. My child was about 14 and it fit a little big.

How easy is it to see out of?

The eyes look out through the two holes under the mouth, and I think there are limitations, but it's ok.
