Very versatile product
Use them also for steaming dim sum and it works great, better than wax paper and reusable.

Great
I purchased 2 pkgs & I found out that on the red colored ones, the punch did not go through in some places, I had to poke them out. Is why i gave it a 4.Most important they fit perfect in my 10 in bamboo steamers & works greatI brush a light film of olive oil on the food surface area making much easier taking food off & not sticking.

Just place it in correctly
I made lobster cakes, they came out great. The only thing is I still had crumbs and small pieces landed in the bottom. I still had to thoroughly clean the pull out drawer. I think the saving is that I am not placing the food directly on the try it saves wear and tear on it overall.
