Smittybilt 2597 Gen2 6′ Awning Mesh Room (Gray)

I like the unit. It was a very easy install yet two thing make what could have been a perfect camping add on. Set up is zip zip zip pun intended. My biggest issue is why wasn’t it a box? What no floor? This would have helped with pest control and pet protection. Having it flourless makes it weak at every corner for allowing bugs and other pests come in. Two pets could be allowed out with pit worry they’ll just push a nose under and escape into danger. Also if zippers could zip up or down this would allow for opening areas partially. Alsmost perfect

I have a Body Armour 4x4 awning that is made the same way as the Smittybilt one. Quality construction seemed robust and I was looking to have a way to relax even in the mosquito season. It does have a ceiling which is really great and fits perfect with the size of my awning. Note the this product does’nt have a floor, but it sports anker loops, that way I do not have to remove my boots everytime I enter and I do not have to fight with the zipper to open/close it fo entering/going out. Note that if you want some kind of privacy, there is no opaque panels with this one.
