Has anyone tried grinding them to make a bouillon powder? Maybe add some more spices?

I’ve used them for so many things. Grinding them and adding my own seasoning for a broth type soup works very well. I also add them to my meatloaf mixture to help absorb the liquids and add flavor as well as veggies, makes the meal quicker and more simple. If you don’t want to cook them, soak them overnight in cool water, they will absorb it and reconstitute that way.

This looks like a blend very high in carrots. IS the blend a nice mix or is it high in carrots, and is this product organic?

Hello, I did not think the ratio of carrots was excessive. There tends to be a settling of parsley towards the final usage of the bag. I use it a few tablespoons at a time mixing it with soup broth powder , spices, and noodles at work for a hearty cup of soup. I do not recall if it is organic, I don't think so. It is high quality and consistently good, I have been buying it for a few years.

Could you make this by just putting hot water in it and letting it sit for a few minutes, kinda like you would an instant soup mix?

Everyone is saying yes, but I just added a teaspoon worth to my ramen at work. I use an electric kettle and my bowl has a plastic lid. I let the ramen (and veggies) steep for 30+ minutes. My veggies were still firm and some were still crunchy. I need to figure out a better method. Maybe I will start earlier and soak them before starting my noodles.
