Very easy to use.

Review after 3 months use:- One of my observation is that am facing sour throat issues while weary this product and it goes away with in 30min I remove this guard. This issue is there even if with new product. May be allergic to this material . Am reducing one star due to the worry about the microplastics. After a week use I have observed that during moulding the plastics posts it shape and sometimes it sticks to the spoon and plastics comes out. This product we are using in mouth and doubt rises since nowadays microplastics are really dangerous. People may feel this as silly. But clarity should be there for how long it can be used and further safety measures. Easy to mold based on your teeth structure, may come out during sleep, but happy with the product.

excellent quality, they mold really well and are comfortable to wear. prior to these, i have tried two other brands and Honeybull makes superior mouth guards.

Very easy to mould and nice in mouth.

Destroyed 2 pieces before getting the third one right (I think). Never immerse in boiling water. Material melts and sticks to the pan or pot. Hot water would suffice and fish it out with a pair of chopsticks, if available. Biting too hard will result in teeth going through and hence destroying the second piece. Overall, very delicate and need to be attentive while moulding. Acceptable product at its price but need to experiment and see if it works over time. The case that comes with packaging is useful.

Maar ik kan bevestigen dat het wèl heel goed werkt, mits je de instructies goed leest. *Een seconde of 12 in kokend water *Eruit halen en 5 seconden afkoelen *In mond plaatsen en om boventanden heen vouwen. Zowel voor als achter aanduwen. Wat helpt is om zelf een vacuüm te zuigen om het nog beter te laten sluiten. *Pasvorm eenmaal bereikt, bitje in koud water leggen. Hij wordt eigenlijk gelijk al hard. *Overtollige stukken eraf knippen. *Klaar! Alle mensen die de negatieve recensies schreven, hebben het gewoon niet goed uitgevoerd. Het kan eigenlijk niet misgaan als je het goed doet.
