I’m really happy with this Dry E-400 from NOW Foods. It’s a great option if you want the antioxidant benefits of vitamin E without the oil-based delivery that some people don’t tolerate well. These are vegetarian capsules, so they’re perfect for those avoiding gelatin. I’ve noticed improvements in my skin and energy levels since I started taking this, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other forms of vitamin E. The dosage is just right at 400 IU, and it’s made with the natural form (d-alpha tocopheryl), not synthetic. This bottle lasts a long time and is priced well for the quality. After I injured my back in an auto accident and later developed sciatica; I discovered that Vitamin E greatly lessens my symptoms of sciatica. But this dry version of Vitamin E has produced the best results that I have ever experienced from this supplement. I read that the dry form of Vitamin E is more easily absorbed in the body and I believe it because that awful painful nerve pain that ran down my legs is gone. It took about 10 days of taking this every day and my suffering ended. To see if my sciatica just had quit bothering me or it really was this dry vitamin E that stopped my pain; I stopped taking it for a few days and my sciatica came back with a vengeance. I started taking these again and my pain went away and it has stayed away and it has been over 2 months. From now on this will be the only vitamin E that I will take. I just switched all of my vitamins and minerals to the Now Foods brand and I am so glad that I did because they are high quality at a reasonable price.

I've been doing these for a few years now and my blood test which I do once a year is always perfect so can't complain It must be doing its job

Excellent source of "dry" Vitamin E, which I take when I use Tylenol. Also an excellent anti-oxidant. This brand was recommended to me by a health advisor.

I had bariatric surgery that bypasses a portion of the intestines, so I malabsorb fat, and also fat soluble vitamins - ADEK. NOW vitamins are generally fairly respected and trusted in the supplement market. I've been taking this dry (water miscerble) form of vitamin E for about 10 years now, after about 5 years of floundering with bad labs and trying other brands. After taking now (I need 2 daily, ymmv) my E values have come into normal range and held steady. I hope they keep making this value product at the competitive value it's been for the last decade.

This is the best vitamin E supplement that I have ever used. I had a stubborn wound that would not heal while taking an oil based vitamin E capsule, that started to heal shortly after I started taking this Dry E supplement, and now it is almost completely healed.
