Can these be attached to flip flops?

The material is a thin foam, I believe you could sew or glue them onto flip flops. They are smaller than I thought, but very pretty and good quality. They look real. Good luck!

Can these be glued to a styrofoam ball?

Most likely! They end in a point, so it will help if your glue has enough body to create a support for each flower.

can these be used for wedding cake decorations?

I used them to decorate my daughters Moana cake but of course before the cake was served, they were removed
