Camera is good no doubt , but after 1 year it's upside movement has stooped although the camera is still working good But there is no service centre in patna bihar also the customer service no I got from google told me to contact the seller, through him you can send this device to service centre, but it's very difficult to contact the seller also there is no seller contact no in tha bill It's better to buy camera from local shop because it's very easy to get it replace/repaired Also amazon customer service is too bad

Very Good product... Good Clarity

After six months of use, the rotating motor stopped working. It took three months of effort to get the camera serviced. However, just one month after that, the camera stopped sending notifications. I reached out for service again, but they couldn’t identify the issue. It feels like a complete waste of money.

Product and functions are good. Some Time I cant able to preview the videos, can’t reboot from app and privacy mode also not getting. In a day need to power off the camera 2 or 3 times 👍🏻😢

I bought two of these for front and back of house. I also have indoor versions for garage and house. Handy to check on pets when at work! They are great. Paired with EZ viz app it gives greasy peace of mind. I have the cloud subscription.

C est le deuxième même dôme motorisé que j achete en une semaine . J ai renvoyé la caméra fixe de même marque car les dômes sont a prix équivalent bien supérieur au niveau fonctionnalités Je ne me sers pas du stockage cloud qui a un coup mais de micro sd je connais les inconvénients et je prends le risque La qualité de l image de jour est bonne en full HD . La nuit l Ir est assez puissant pour bien voir les alentours Deux choses à noter . Même neuve première chose faites un reset de votre dome Des que la caméra est configurée faites une mise à jour . Avec les firmwares d origine les 2 domes ne voyaient pas les micro sd et surtout avec le dernier firmware en date le dome fait un suivis des alarmes en mouvement ce qui n existait pas auparavant et c'est très important pour bien voir le faciès des gens Manifestement ezviz est la branche particulier du matériel que j installais en pro: hikvision que je recommande mais trop cher pour un particulier Par contre de nuit les enregistrements suite à des déclenchements intempestifs sont très très nombreux alors que la sensibilité est moyenne Heureusement les remontés d alarmes sur mon tél ne se font vraiment que si c est une forme humaine en mouvement grâce à l IA . En gros bon matériel pour un prix raisonnable Si j arrive à enterer un câble électrique dans le jardin j en poserais un troisième sur l abris de jardin

Es la tercera cámara que compro de esta marca. Tienen buena calidad a un precio económico. Las imágenes se ven bastante bien. En esta exterior no tengo ningún problema. Como la tengo en la terraza de casa la desconecto en un segundo si estamos fuera desayunando o cuidando las plantas y así no te avisa cada vez que te mueves. Hace grabaciones cada vez que algo se mueve, la sombra del toldo por ejemplo, pero no te avisa si no es un movimiento más específico, de una persona. Incluso de noche, con la visión nocturna, graba si una mota de polvo o algún bichito pasa por delante de la cámara. Con la aplicación la controlas totalmente, pueden tener la aplicación todos los miembros de la familia. En mi caso tengo en la misma aplicación esta cámara, dos interiores de mi negocio y la mirilla electrónica. Se me conecta al WIFI enseguida y está fuera en la terraza y a unos 8 ó 10 metros del router. Aún con la puerta y ventanas cerradas totalmente sigue conectada. Puedes poner una micro sd y ahorrarte la grabación en la nube. En resumen, la recomiendo. Es de las más económicas, eficaz y buena calidad en general.
