Looks like and heavy enough for real marble. Very easy to assemble. Just turn over on soft pad, screw on the threaded legs, place the shelf, and screw on the threaded feet and done.

Very nice and sturdy

I couldn't be happier when I find a small piece of furniture that fits in a small space, but holds plenty. This rectangular table is small, yet holds my reading lamp, tv remote and you could even fit a drinking glass on top too. The photo shows it next to a large recliner. It is the same height as the chair arm. I have an average size reading lamp on top. The open shelf on the bottom allows air to flow through if you are up against a register, like in my small room.The rectangular shape is nice, as you can use it narrow or wide depending on your space. I used it wide, so the wider lamp fits perfectly. The marble top is in squares- pieced together, but it still looks lovely. The heavy marble is a creamy beige with gray veins of color running through it and the edges are beautifully beveled. The wood is also heavy, and the dark cherry is more like a mahogany- very lovely if you like dark wood colors. No tools are needed, as the legs and posts just screw the top and shelf together. It was very well packed- double boxed and really padded well with styrofoam sheets. Heavy, sturdy, small yet large enough to hold a table lamp and more, beautiful wood and marble- I couldn't be happier! 5 STARS.

Nice table. Surprised did not need any tools as sheet that comes with it is a universal sheet that alludes to an Allen wrench - which you do not need :). Had one issue in that one of the grommets at base of the table where you connect the leg that has a long screw that makes the leg connection. One at each of the 4 corners AND one grommet just turned as you turn the leg into the slot. Good I had some carpentry glue and seems to be working well. The other 3 legs were fine without the issue. Documentation suggest to re tighten after 6-months I think - but I might not do that since I had the issue with one post.Rating are one notch off from 5 is because of the fix I had to do.

Very nice, sturdy, attractive table. The marble top is very nice, but it is made of smaller blocks of marble inlaid together. Some of the grains and shades in the marble make the smaller pieces more obvious. Still it’s a lovely table. It’s just not a solid sheet of marble. Putting to together was a breeze since it just screws together. It serves my purpose of a plant stand perfectly. I liked it well enough to order the oval one as well.

It is solid wood and marble

I’ve ordered two small side tables and each table I received had some kind of defect on the marble top. They are packaged really good so it’s not the shipping causing the defects. The first table had a crack on the marbles so I had to have it replaced. The second table has some kind of red going through the marble but I just cannot bother to return it.

I love this table/stand and I will be purchasing at least 2 more after relocating.Very nice looking and stable.
