トレーニングの一時間前に7粒飲んでます。飲んですぐはその日の体調によっては喉に何か詰まった感覚や胃痛、吐き気などを生じることがありますが、トレーニング時間には治まります。燃えてるぞ！と錯覚させるのはカプサイシン、実際に燃やすのはカルニチン…と聞いたので次からカルニチンサプリを単体購入してのみます。
