Q: How would I mount these to a wall?

There is double-sided adhesive with the foil fringe curtains,you can use it stick to the wall.

Q: Does the sticky strip that holds it, damage the paint on the wall?

No, I didn't have any issues with the tape causing damage on my painted walls. But I would still advise to not just rip it off, but to slowly remove it from painted surfaces, because it did adhere really well.

Q: Which one is the one that looks iridescent? Is it "multicolor"?

This is one color but looks beautiful

Q: Never received a item says it’s been delivered. Tracking says delivered west sac and the other info says my address

You should call amazon and get a refund if you did not physically receive it. Sometimes it says delivered and they didn’t deliver it or can be someone took your package.
