Got this to hold medications and knives after my daughter had an attempted suicide. We thought it was working great for 7 months until my daughter’s boyfriend told us she can get in without the key or code!! She used a pair of scissors jammed into the key. See video! WTF!

安物でも金庫なので重いのは理解しています。なので物理キーのプラスチックカバーが無い位で返品や交換なんて考えていません。しかし、無いんです。納品書、そして説明書、、、電池（別売り）を入れましたがテンキーロックの使い方が全く不明、エラーばかりでして・・・カスタマーに問い合わせ、説明書だけでもメールで送ってほしいとお願いするも、返品期限が切れているので対応しかねる、、、との素晴らしい読解力とワンダフルな対応。どなたか説明書お持ちの方、画像で説明書を貼り付けていただけないでしょうか。宜しくお願い致します。

Die Schluesselabdeckung hat gefehlt! Das Setting für den Code funktioniert nicht! Für die Rückgabe werden Hürden seitens Amazon errichtet! Das Geld ist abgebucht! Keine Verbindlichkeit seitens Amazon erkennbar den Artikel zu ersetzen! Ich werde ihn behalten und den Safe dann wohl nur mit Schlüssel bedienen! Sehr Ärgerlich!

Good basic safe for home use. Not as secure as some professional safes but it is 20% of the price so it is good for what I need it for.Only issue. Deliver it in discrete packaging not with safe written on the side. You may not want people to know you need and have a safe.

The bit about the product "Not requiring batteries" is a bit of a white lie because if you wish to use it via the keypad then obviously you would NEED them because as it's electronic the only way to power it is by putting batteries in the compartment on the back of the door.Other than that honestly I can't fault the product because as far as safes go you COULD end up paying a lot more than what Amazon are charging for this one if you were to go down the road of wanting a more reputable brand.
