Product arrived well packaged and even includes a lovely velvet "tefillin beitel"/phylactery pouch/תפלין בייטל. Product is well constructed and certified kosher. The leather is a bit tough initially but softens with continued use. The Shel Yad container has a convenient mirror for checking the placement of the Shel Rosh.Very thankful that vendor offers products for southpaws like myself!Very pleased with this ritual product and very happy that I was able to obtain it for such a reasonable price!

NOT KOSHER!Please note: the term "kosher" with regard to tefillin (and the term "tefillin" in general) is a reference to the status of the scrolls INSIDE the boxes NOT to the look, feel or quality of the box (although those can go wrong as well).These 'tefillin' are NOT kosher!!! PLEASE if you are buying someone a gift that will help them connect and have a relationship with G-d - make sure it has network connection, not just a fancy looking handset...If you own these, please have them checked by a competent scribe and ask them what to do...

Peer Hastam is a deceptive company, they have no respect for G-d
i took these tefilin to a sofer and he found them to be false, the term kosher should be removed from product headline info, it is deceptive im very disappointed in Peer Hastam may Hashem shut them down for their falsehood!

Not kosher don't buy, legitimate tefillin are a beautiful thing. But these are not they.
