Really nice, tight, waterproof boxes. I used them on top of my RV as part of my wiring for the solar panels. My only surprise is that they were smaller than I thought, so getting three larger-size wires connected inside the tiny interior space was a bit of a challenge.

Nice boxes. As others have noted, the interior size is much smaller than described. The provided connection block is WRONG; it shorts across the pairs of wires. Instead of connecting all three lines together, and all three neutrals together. The boxes will never be waterproof with flat landscape cable, because the sealing rings are circular. They might work with round cable, but no one sells round landscape cable.I planned to throw away the connection blocks and use waterproof wire nuts. I JUST managed to squeeze 3 x 14ga wires and two wire nuts into the tiny space. The box will provide mechanical protection. That’s what I expected, and that’s what worked.

These boxes are perfect for small junctions. They cable glans do an excellent job of holding the strain and the terminal blocks were a nice addition.

These boxes are really nice, sharp looking and seal well, just be aware that the dimensions given in the description include the fittings on the outside of the box. I was expecting boxes 4.5"x 3.75" (115mm x 95mm), but the actual box measure is just under 2.25" x 2.25" square. The depth of the box without the lid is about an inch. If that size works for you, I highly recommend this product.

They are awesome. Protects good for 10 or 12Gauge outdoor cable (3wires).Bit tough for 10gauge wires. There is not enough room for wires to pass through the connectors.

These are well made pieces that, for the money, appear to be made much better than they should be!However, for landscape lighting they don't work well because the terminal block inlets are much too small to accept 12g wire (and 16g wire, too).Also, the terminal block is set so that the two side terminals could reach the terminal block easily, but the third wire input would be difficult to attach to the terminal block unless you were dealing with stranded wire that was of a thin gauge.There is no dielectric gell inside so if you are using it outside you may need to consider some type of sealant to ensue moisture or water does not corrode the terminal blockNot sure how it would work on romex or landscaping wire regarding sealing out water as the wire inputs are all circular and both of these wire types are flat.

Adding landscape lighting to backyard; thought this product would be perfect to splice into existing line. After trying one junction box over 2 hours, could never get the electrical connection to work for new line. Power did pass through connector to existing line, so I know there was power, but new line never received power. Ended up buying waterproof wire-nuts and spent an extra $18; however these did not fit into junction box. So overall, the product was a failure. I would not recommend to anyone. Very frustrating.

I have purchased your product, have installed it in April of this year, as per specifications and water made its way in the box, even if fittings and cover was tightened as much as plastic can. This created a short in the box and burned 2 spots. I am extremely frustrated with your product as it cost me $30 to replace the lights. Not good quality product.

SCAM, these boxes are NOT the size given in the description. the measurement given is from end of connector to the end of the other connector the boxes themselves are 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches by 1.75 inches deep. Completely useless for what i wanted to use them for. i gave one star because i have to, but it should be 0.
